Pratigya 21st January 2011 Written Update

Dadi sees Shakti carrying Kesar and going out so she follows him.She sees him putting Kesar inside the box and starts ringing the bell.Shakti gets shocked to see her and they have a tussle.She pushes Shakti down and throws mud on his face and runs inside to wake someone up but Shakti runs after her and catches her.She struggles to get out of his grip but he manages to pull her outside.While struggling she sees a vase and pushes it down and it makes a big noise.Pratigya wakes up and is about to get up and check it out but Krishna puts his hand on her in his sleep so she lies down.Amma comes out and wonders where the noise came from.SS asks her why she came out.She tells him that she heard a noise.SS asks her to forget all this and let Shakti do his work properly and they are about to go to their room when they see Arushi coming out.Amma asks her why she has come out.She tells them that she heard a noise.SS and Amma get tensed.

Shakti drags Dadi and ties her up to a pillar.He starts covering the pit and the box with mud when he sees the lights on and get scared and wonders who has woken up and goes inside the house and is shocked to see Arushi.SS tells Arushi that she doesn’t have to worry about their house and asks her to go back.Shakti asks Arushi why she woke up and sarcastically asks her if she wants him to put her to sleep.Arushi goes back to her room.Shakti tries to tells SS and Amma that Dadi saw everything but they get irritated as they can’t understand what he’s trying to say and ask him to finish everything and go back inside their room.Shakti is wondering what he should do.He then goes back outside with a bottle of alcohol and tells Dadi that he is going entertain himself by drinking a bit and then he’ll cover the pit and tells Dadi that Kesar would die by the time someone sees her tied up the next day.He asks Dadi if she’s upset but Dadi tries to push him away.He asks her if she’ll tell anyone about it and tells her that she can’t give him away as he is her own blood.

In his drunken state he walks around and is about to step on Dadi’s bell.He sees it and picks it up and sits down and continues to drink.He tells Dadi that no matter what Kesar was a very nice lady and an obedient wife.He tells Dadi that Kesar would listen to everything he said,even if it was a lie and remembers the time Kesar forgave him when he pretended to ask for her forgiveness for pushing her and killing their child.He tells Dadi that he had to do this in order to get Arushi as he loves her and can do anything to get her.He walks up to Dadi and tells her that Kesar was a type of woman who would even tolerate him spitting on her but Arushi isn’t like that and tells Dadi that Arushi spat on him but he will tolerate all of it as he loves her.Dadi is feeling helpless.
