Personal fitness mantra: Earlier, I used to do Yoga, but after my back injury, I have given up on that. Right now, I don’t do any kind of exercise.
Personal diet mantra: Eat healthy but don’t over eat.
Exercise routine: I don’t have any exercise routine of mine.
Is food the elixir of life? Yes very much; for me it’s like I am
living for it.
Are you a foodie? Yes, completely.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? I am not a hardcore
non-vegetarian, I just like to eat sea-food.
Favourite cuisine: Indian.
Favourite dish: Aloo Paratha with lots of butter.
Favourite restaurant: Mahesh Lunch Home in Juhu, Andheri.
A must on my breakfast table: Coconut water and coffee.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: Coffee with sugar.
Lunch generally consists of: Everything like dal, sabji, roti and
chawal.
Dinner generally consists of: I am a lover of dinner. As a matter of fact; I can have two dinners a day.
Dessert delights: Jaggery, especially the ones which you get in
Punjab, jalebi and rabadi.
One thing I can’t resist: Anything sweet to taste.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Nimboo Pani.
My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don’t like drinking.
At parties I have: I usually come home hungry because I don’t eat
things that don’t not suit my stomach.
Most unusual dish I’ve tasted: Duck.
Experiment with food: Not really, because I am quite a moody
person and I like to eat only what is appropriate for me.
On the streets, I love to have: Pani Poori.
Do you cook? Yes.
Fitness tip: Eat in moderation and eat healthy, avoid junk food to
keep yourself in a healthy state.
