Sony Entertainment Television’s Dil Ki Nazar Se – Khoobsurat, produced by Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd has not had a good start in terms of numbers. However, the lead of the show Rohit Khurana is not perturbed with the early results.

Showing off a brave front, Rohit told us, “I do not care about the ratings (0.6 TVR). I am just concentrating on doing good work.”

He went on to say, “It would be too early to say anything as it takes time for the story line to hit pace. The story is new and the maha episode drama, of who will the suitor of Aaradhya (Soumya Seth) be, is beginning to take big proportions. Even the channel and makers are not perturbed. It is always better to progress like a tortoise rather than taking huge jumps at the start only to fizzle out later.”

On his show being slotted opposite big competition at the 7.30 PM slot on other channels, Rohit said, “Sony is trying to experiment with the new time slot and there is stiff competition coming in from other channels. I am sure we will soon rise up to the occasion.”
