All that I earn from Tarot card reading goes away for charity: Shakti Arora
Shakti Arora, who is seen as Dr Onir in Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV, is very happy with the way his role is shaping up in the show.
In a conversation with us, Shakti talked about his life and more…
“Well, I am happy with the way my role is shaping up. Initially, I was very skeptical whether I should take up the role of Dr Onir or not. Now, I feel that I have taken the right decision. But then, I always feel that everything has been God’s blessing,” averred Shakti.
“To tell you the truth, there was a time when I used to have a mobile shop. While I was a part of the small business, most of my time I used to give auditions, especially for anchoring. I used to personally tell the casting person to not select me as I was not good at anchoring. Later, when I got selected, I started learning the art and now I am happy being a host as well as an actor,” he added.
Talking about his extra-curricular activities, Shakti goes on to relate, “Well my hobbies, like any other guy, is watching movies and travelling. But I love practicing Tarot cards reading as I like helping people a lot. I am into Tarot cards since 2008. Here, let me tell you how I started with it. In between, there came a bad phase in my life when I didn’t know how to deal with it. So I resorted to Tarot and all got well gradually.”
“I would like to thank Munisha (Khatwani) as she is the master of Tarot cards. I am not keen on making it a profession but yes I do like it. Soon I and Munisha will do each other’s Tarot,” he observes.
“Thankfully, I read Tarot of all my clients and they are quite happy about it. I guide them well by reading their past, present and future. I also do some predictions that I feel will make their life a lot easier. As for the charges all I can say is that earlier I never used to charge anything but now I do that very nominally and donate the money to charity.” give the money I get towards charity,”
“Talking about the people on the sets, I have done Tarot of almost every one. I have to still read that of Hiten Tejwani sir,” Shakti laughs out.
When asked about his personal life, Shakti says that there’s something brewing, “but I can’t say anything now.”
