[V] The Buddy Project 1st January 2013 Written Update

KD raises his hand and takes up the challenge to beat the champion, Tiger. KD comes up on stage and everyone puts in their money for both Tiger and KD. He removes his shirt and T-shirt and throws it to the crowd remembering Banga’s words. He is determined to gain money for this fees to continue studying at Royal.

Tiger promises KD that in 2 minutes, he’ll be on the ground. The fight begins. Both og them circle in the boxing ring and KD throws a punch, to which Tigers blocks with his hand and twists KD’s punch so that he falls on the floor. KD is hurt yet he stands up. He is even more determined. He throws another punch but Tiger escapes it. Another punch and escape again. Next, Tiger catches KD’s hands when he tries to punch again and both are down to kushti.

Tiger harshly throws KD to crash on the floor. KD’s head is spinning as he winces in pain. Once again, with hardship, he gets up. Tigers gives him a punch in the stomach. KD stumbles back. KD throws two punches by Tiger’s chest but he is least affected. (Khamba kahin ka ) Next, KD tries to kick him but Tiger grabs his leg. KD tries to free it but Tiger gives him a hard punch by his knee. (That must hurt bad… Iss Tiger ki toh mai )

KD is on the ground on his feet but hurting. With courage, he gets up once again to get punched by Tiger on the face and he falls flat on his face. Everyone is cheering for that Tiger whilst KD’s friends are worried. KD has nose bleed and KD’s friend encourage him to get up and beat Tiger. KD turns to look at Tiger who’s boosting with pride. He gets ready to throw another punch but ends up getting it himself. KD is once again flat on the ground and Tiger grabs him by his ankle and twists him around. KD ends up with 2-3 twirls and immense pain.

Tiger makes him get up and once again hurt him. Blood is all over KD’s face. He drops down on his face, trying to get up to win but in vain. The referee is going the countdown. His friends come in the ring to try and help him up. KD is eager to continue to beat Tiger but his friends take him away seeing he’s loosing and is already hurt a lot. (Friends ho toh aise..! Does anyone in RA even know where KD is. ) Tiger is announced the winner.

Piddi comes up by the pay phone and dials a number but no one picks up. He tries again but again, no one picks up. He talks to camera and wonder why KD isn’t picking up his call and if he is upset at him. He then tries once again.

He then carefully enters a place and starts climbing the pipe and just when he is about to enter from the window, the window is closed. He pleads the window to open up. A newspaper is thrown at him and he reads his horoscope which reads ‘Today you will achieve great height’. Piddi taunts the sentence seeing he isn’t getting anywhere

Someone sees Piddi and Piddi ki ‘tie tie fish’. He takes a sigh of relief when he sees the person has gone. A moment later, the person is back with the people of whole colony and the watchman and all of them yelling ‘thief’ at him. Everyone asks him to get down but Piddi refuses to. Piddi tells the camera that no one can save him today, not even God and his mother will have him killed! Rocks are thrown at him and Piddi winces in pain.

On the other hand, KD is at home moaning in pain and his brother is by his side worried and is about to call their father when KD asks him to promise to not tell anyone and he is fine. ‘Your brother has a steel body and nothing will happen.’ His brother says he can see that very well and that he is beaten up badly. Their father comes and he asks what happened!?

Chotu is sent to get medicine while his father is worries and tries to get Keshav to speak up.

Piddi teases the people and he gets more rocks thrown at him One woman, his mother, comes and makes a ruccus that her Pratham is studying inside and this useless boy is disturbing him! If she finds his parents, she will surely complain. Little does she know that the boy himself is Pratham Piddi spits down at them! They send the security guy to catch Piddi.

-Part 2-

KD’s father applies medicine to Keshav’s wounds as he winces. He asks Keshav again as to what happened but he doesn’t say. He then asks Chotu, who finally says that KD went to fight to earn money. He is surprised to know KD did this all to pay Royal’s fee.

The woman is eager to know Piddi’s face and the security man turns Piddi’s face. Piddi yells followed by his mom’s yelling Everyone taunts his mom when they find out it’s Pratham. She disperses the crowd by yelling at them. Piddi is brought down and is questioned what he was doing there.

He says he was studying and an important note flew out the window. So he got out to grab it and when he did, the window got shut. He then cries fake tears and his mother believes him and pampers him.

-Part 3-

KD’s father gives him the money in the envelope and says he never tries to understand him or help KD. This is his first try. KD sees the money and is touched by his father’s concern but then refuses to take his help and says he’ll do something himself or will study in some other school but doesn’t want any help or civility.

KD is told by his father that he cannot see his son’s hard work go to wase. KD asks where he got the money from. He broke his rules and principles for him? The father refuses that he did not take bribe and says he just somehow managed the money he always kept saving and today, they’ve come to use.

KD is emotional and hugs his father. (Aww!) In tearful voice, KD says he always thought him to be wrong and today… He apologizes for his behavior. KD’s father asks him to promise that never do what he did today. He can’t give him car and bunglow but promises to do everything he can for his studies. To take care of both kids, their father is still alive.

KD promises him that from today on, he will never do anything wrong and will become a person in whom his father can be proud of. The episode ends on the hug.

Precap: Ranveer gives a tissue to Kiya to wipe her tears and asks her to give it to someone special who gets the good fortune of having tears of The Kiya Gujjaral. Kiya snappily hands it to Ranveer. Ranveer goes filmy and says how lucky he is. KD overhears that and gets angered as the camera focuses on his wounds. Ranveer wipes Kiya’s tears holding her face and KD is shown getting jealous
