Personal fitness mantra: I eat very healthy food. Sometimes I do eat unhealthy but later I balance it out. I don’t smoke or booze. I go to spa and travel whenever I get time.
Personal diet mantra: Follow healthy diet plan. I see to it I don’t eat after 7’o clock in the evening unless it’s very important.
Exercise routine: I am not a gym person and it becomes very difficult to hit the gym everyday when you are busy shooting. In my daily routine, I practice yoga. If I don’t fit into my bikini, I come to know that I have bloated and start working out vigorously on my body.
