   Tapasya supposed to be a smart woman and it surprises to see that when she realized brakes are not working, instead of jumping out of the car or making attempt to switch off the engine and put the car forcibly to a stop, she was just driving, and looks stupid and brain dead. If she was still in the car when it blew up, then it was waste of her life, and end to all her efforts to put everything right.
