Veera 17th December 2012 Written Update

Ranvi’s bedroom

Episode starts with Ratan comforting Ranvi while he is trying to sleep. Ranvi says that he isn’t getting scared as his beeji is with him. Ratan tells him that even then he needs Veera. Ranvi replies that a mother is mother and sister (read Veera) is sister. Ratan asks him to be a brother to Veera and questions him why he needs to become Veera’s mother. Ranvi explains that as father is not at home she is doing all work in his place and he is supposed to take her place. He wishes to be Veera’s brother after his father returns.

Ratan says Sampooran will be angry on Veera as she is the reason for him to leave studies, get hurt and being lonely without friends. Ranvi is too innocent and says that he cannot see father scolding Veera. Ratan asks him to do what kids generally do that’s to study and play. Ranvi is worried as who will look after Veera if he goes to school and plays with his friends. He asks Ratan will she leave him for playing. Ratan smiles. Ranvi asks her whether she will be Veera’s mother. Ratan refuses and says she needs to work so Chaiji will look after Veera. Ranvi nods but he is not convinced. He finally accepts as his father might scold Veera.

Next day – Aangan

Chaiji is doubtful whether Ranvi will accept to her request. Ratan is confident of Ranvi agreeing as she is not trying to separate them. She says Ranvi will lead a normal life if Veera’s responsibility is given to her. She feels that Ranvi’s childhood days will not vanish in looking after Veera. Ratan and Chaiji stop their conversation in middle as Ranvi comes down with Veera. He makes her lie on the cot and asks what they were talking about. Chaiji replies that they are happy as he will go to school from tomorrow. Ranvi gets confused and asks then who will look after Veera if he goes to school. Ratan asks him to remember their conversation last night as he has promised to be Veera’s brother and not mother. Chaiji asks him to trust her to some extent and give the responsibility of Veera to her when he is away.

Chaiji takes Veera to give her massage. She removes Veera’s dress but Ranvi asks her not to as Veera will feel cold. Chaiji gets irritated and talks to him sweetly. She asks him to be a brother and not a mother. Ranvi says he is just questioning her like her brother and not mother. Chaiji tells that she is just giving Veera oil massage as she will get tired while moving her hand and legs all day. She splashes water on Ranvi. He says that he has completed all things that need to be done. Chaiji wonders whether there is any motor inside him as he is too fast.

Ratan calls him to check if he has done everything properly. She notices that Ranvi hasn’t brushed and taken bath properly. Ratan asks him to do everything in a neat fashion and come back. His towels slips, Chaiji and Ratan smiles and makes fun of him.

Ranvi’s room

Ranvi is getting ready for school. He asks Chaiji to feed Veera milk as she will be hungry. Chaiji comes there with Veera and says she is taking care of Veera. She tries to feed Veera but Ranvi asks her to check whether the milk is hot or not first. Chaiji gets irritated and throws a pillow on him. Ranvi says that he is asking just like a borther and not like a mother. Chaiji tells that she had looked after his father Sampoorn and him when they were kids. She asks to stop lecturing as she was the one who taught him everything when he was kid.

Ratan comes and gives milk to Ranvi and asks him to rush as its getting late. Ranvi finishes drinking and goes to set his hair. He notices the milk moustache and is happy to see it. Ranvi asks Veera to look at it. He does some action which makes Chaiji and Ratan to remember Sampooran. Ratan asks him to enjoy very much after his father returns and for now he must go to school.

Chaiji says she will take with Veera to her home and bring back next day. Ranvi is shocked and says he needs to play with Veera after he returns from school. He repeats his words that he is requesting like a brother and not like a mother. Chaiji asks him to come to her home after school but he refuses saying that his beeji will be alone. Ratan is happy to hear this. Chaiji assures that she will bring back Veera. Ranvi requests Chaiji to look after Veer carefully. He looks extremely upset while leaving for school.

Outside Sarpanch’s house

Chaiji is getting ready to leave to her house. Ratan hears some tractor noise and feels that it might be Sarpanchji. She rushes out to see who it is. Its actually the delivery guys who had come to give the pump that Sampooran ordered one month back. Ratan says that Sampooran will never forget the promise that he made to her and gets hyper emotional. She tells that he had promised that he will never leave her and go. Ratan feels that it’s a sign of Sampooran returning soon. She asks the men to keep the pump inside as it can be fitted once Sampooran returns.

Aangan

Ranvi comes running to Chaiji’s house and notices it to be locked. He rushes to his home. Ranvi asks Chaiji whether he can take care of Veera like a brother. Chaiji tells him that she took care of Veera properly and asks him not to trouble Ratan. Ranvi promises that he will return Veera to her the next day. Ratan notices it. Ranvi takes Veer upstairs. Chaiji assures that everything will become alright soon. She requests Ratan to be happy for now as Ranvi listened to them and atleast went to school.

Its night time

Ratan notices that Ranvi is missing from the bed. Veera is crying and Ranvi asks her to be quiet as its not her time for food. He looks so cute with turban while trying to pacify Veera. Ranvi doesn’t know what to do and checks if she had gone susu. He is worried as she keeps on crying. Ranvi thinks of calling Chaiji but drops the idea as she had gone to her home. He wants to call Ratan but at the same time doesn’t want to disturb her too. Ratan is listening to all this from her room.

Ranvi says that he has requested God so that she can speak fast and be able to tell her problems. He gets restless as he doesn’t know how to comfort Veera. Ranvi talks to his father’s picture and tells his worries. He says that he is not able to handle and asks him to come soon to make Veera understand. Ranvi requests him to come soon so that his beeji can take the place of mother soon.

Precap
Baldev and his sister introduce their maasi to Ranvi. Actually their maasi is pregnant. Innocent Ranvi eagerly asks whether their maasi had eaten too much that her stomach has blown.
