Parichay 13th December 2012 Written Update

The episode starts with Siddhi travelling in the taxi thinking about how the misunderstandings between Kunal and her were cleared. She gets FBs about how she wanted to go home with Kunal that night but Kunal wanted her to go clear things with Abhay first. She thinks if only Kunal had taken her home that night it would have been so much better. In these few days again she had to make a deal which may cost her few more years.
Kunal is sitting at the window in his room and he too gets FBs about Karjat station.. how they both felt they had waited for 9 long years and cannot wait for another day to be with each other. He thinks, again the same night, same restlessness, but this time I will not let you play with my heart.. I will not let you break my heart.
Siddhi gets FB about the night when she marries Abhay and she brings drunk Kunal home.. Seema showing her all the decorations in the Chopra house.. how Kunal had been celebrating Diwali even before the festival. Siddhi tells Kunal in her head that she is coming to him and asks Kunal not to distance her from his heart so much that it becomes impossible for her to come to him.
Kunal gets FB about Sid-Abhay marriage.. Abhay putting the mangalsutra in Siddhi’s neck.. he thinks to himself why is he so affected by Siddhi so much and what will he do now that she will be around him all the time.
Siddhi thinks to herself, according to Kunal its all her fault but she asks him not to ignore her because she will not be able to live. {background song – bichadan ,,, Kunal’s FB about Siddhi saying he is the best dad in the world in the court, Sid’s FB on consummation night hug, B’lore trip holding hands}

Richa’s car is stopped on the road and Siddhi sees her.. gets out of the cab.. and provokes Richa (unnecessarily, in my POV) Siddhi tells Richa to get out of her way. Siddhi says that Richa lost Kunal and could not get him even though she had 9 yrs time. Richa reminds Siddhi that she hasn’t reached her destination yet and its not easy to win the hearts of the Chopras and Kunal as they all hate her. Siddhi challenges Richa that what she could not do in 9 yrs, siddhi will do it and show it to her in 6 months and leaves a fuming Richa behind.

Decoration completes in Chopra house to welcome Siddhi home. Children are waiting for Siddhi to come while all the other Chopras are silently sitting in the hall. Suddenly lights go off. Children get tensed that Siddhi will be home any minute and are confused as to what they should do. Kunal and Gaurav go out of the house to check to see what happened to the power. Seema observes the children’s disappointment and gives them a hint that they can light the diyas to illuminate the house. Children start lighting the diyas.

Siddhi’s cab arrives outside the Chopra house. Meanwhile the children and Ishani get the Aarthi thali ready to welcome Siddhi. Siddhi gets mentally prepared to face anything as this is her family. As she knocks on the doorbell, both Anands and Ishani open the door. Siddhi looks around the house and suddenly the lights come on. She observes that no one is even looking at her. Kunal comes from behind her, looks at her angrily and blows off the aarthi. He says that aarthi should be given to God or your loved ones.. not to uninvited guests.
Kunal goes out to Siddhi and gives her a warning that she is only there because of the court order and that she should try and not talk too much during this time or get involved in others’ business. Its better for both of them if the following 6 months are gone by with any tensions. He tells her not to talk to him at all. Both Anands feel bad for Siddhi for what Kunal said.

Chopras leave the hall one by one. Both Anands assure Siddhi that they are with her and will talk to her. They try to console her that she will be accepted by all the family members in a matter of few days. They bring a near by diya and do Siddhi’s aarthi and bring her inside. Siddhi feels very emotional seeing her sons doing all the welcome. They tell her that the house is hers and without her the house is not complete. Just as she comes in, Kunal walks out of the room. He looks at her with anger. Siddhi tries to go inside.. she trips and Kunal catches her. Siddhi tells Kunal in her self talk that she wants to be with Kunal always. Even Kunal cannot run away from destiny (meaning her). She stands up and Kunal leaves the house very angrily.

Siddhi and children sitting on their bed.. they assure Siddhi that all will be fine soon. AC1 tells Siddhi that he knows all the weaknesses of all family members and that she should do exactly like he tells her.. and she will be fine. Siddhi asks him why he is on her side when all the other members are against her. AC1 tells her because she was on his dad’s side in the custody case. She is his mother and he will always be with her. Siddhi gets emotional and hugs AC1.

Precap: Kunal drunk.. walking around a fire saying to Siddhi, “I will not forgive you even if you ask for forgiveness a 1000 times.”
