Parichay 11th December 2012 Written Update

Court Scene:

BA tells the judge that they both wanna live together..n for that they want their Parents to stay with them.Daddy T objects it but the judge overrules it.Judge says taht they should give the kids a chance to speak …if they are not given a chance then they wont be able to speak up abt their wishes.

CA tells that if both the twins get separated, then they wud again run away from their houses.He says that they both wont be able to live without each other.CA says that he loves having BA by his side…coz he shares his joys n sorrows with his brother.

BA tells that they wud be able to stay without each other ..but wont be able to LIVE without each other (hum ek doosre ke bina..reh toh lenge…lekin jee nahi paayenge).BA says that his Dad is a nice person.KC had fulfilled all his wishes. KC had never made him realise the lack of mom’s love. BA asks why the court isnt asking the kids’ decision? Is it that…their life doesnt actually belong to them? Or is that they dont have d rights on their lives n decisions’? BA then says dat even if the court asks him or not…he wud tell his decision that HE WANTS TO LIVE WITH HIS FAMILY.His Family is his life.n if he doesnt get this life..then he wud opt to die. They would either stay together or die.

Judge says that the sometimes people might be dissatisfied wid her decisions..But keeping in mind, the future of the children and their emotions n joys, the judge gives a verdict that KUNAL & SIDDHI SHOULD STAY TOGETHER,FOR THEIR KIDS’ SAKE. Kids get very happy.Richa,Abhay,Daddy T shocked.Kunal teary eyed.

Abhay gets up and says that this verdict is wrong n is baseless. He says that he wud go to High Court n Supreme Court to get his son’s custody. Judge asks him to sit down.Daddy T too gestures him d same.Daddy T then gets up..and says that he respects the judge’s decision but they all shudnt deny the fact that Sidhi is married to Abhay…and so how is that possible for her to stay with Kunal. Judge then tells him dat she hasnt signed d papers …She agrees that she gave the Verdict ..by being emotional..But she says that the Court would never support Illegal matters.So since Sidhi is married to Abhay…she needs to give the final verdict that …(KC sad, But Diwanns n Thakrals Happy)) its proved dat KC isnt a gud father and that he cannot fulfill the kids’s wishes n amenities.So the Court decides to give the custody of the kids to the Diwans

BA interrupts and says that he too has read his Pappa;s books (law books) and so he knows a bit of Law. He says that ABHAY N SIDHI’S MARRIAGE IS ILLEGAL. The judge asks him why he is saying so. He replies that SiBhay marriage is Illegal…because SINAL HASNT DIVORCED…Cz KC didnt want to Divorce Sidhi..KC gets up and asks him wat he;s talking bat.BA replies that he’s telling the truth.Kc tells him not to speak anymore. The Judges tells Kc to remain quiet.The judge then calls Sidhi to the Witness Box. She asks sidhi abt the Sinal Divorce. Sidhi replies that she doesnt know. …(FB of sidhi signing the divorce papers given by Richa). Richa gets afraid. Sidhi replies that she has signed the divorce Papers ..but she is unaware whether KC had signed it or nt.The judge asks KC whether he signed the divorce Papers..Kunal replies YES..BA tells dat KC is lying. BA says that Kc hasnt signed the papers yet.He then requests the judge to check the records . BA tells that Kc never wanted the divorce coz he still loves Sidhi a lot.KC tells him to be silent. Kc requests the judge not to believe BA”s words…He says that he is his Pappa’s kid ( Bacha hoon…woh bhi Pappa Ka) ..he knows wat he is saying. BA tells that he is telling the truth.KC stills love Sidhi…BA tells that Kc started drinking…bcz sidhi left him..He says that KC never takes Sidhi’s name in front of anyone ..but when he sleeps…he utters only Sidhi’s name.BA tells that KC keeps telling everyone dat he has forgotten Sihdi…bt the truth is that KC IS STILL WAITING FOR SIDHI. Its a truth that KC had never made his realise his mom’s absence…bt KC has never been able to fill in that absence is Kc’s life…He says that he gives good upbringing..n dat his Pappa is the BEST PAPPA IN THE WORLD. He says that he wants to live wid such a nice Family … KC tells the judge that the court is wasting ist tym fr no reason…n requests her not to listen to the kids. The Judge tells that she wud decide..wat to listen n wat nt.She again asks her whether KC divorced sidhi or not. KC replies…NO…bt he says he wants a divorce frm sidhi right now…n then tells the judge to give her decision

The judge says that this case is abt kids’ custody and not abt SiNal divorce..So first of all..she need to give the verdict of the Custody Case. The judge tells that since Sinal arent divorced ..the Kids n sidhi should stay with Kunal. Sidhi n the kids overjoyed. Richa,Daddy T n Abhay kinda shattered.KC objects. Judge tells that he decision is not complete. Since KC wants a divorce frm Siddhi…they should first need to stay together for 6 Months..be happy, n then sort out the MU’s…Still if they want a divorce…they can proceed wid the divorce case n Custody Case after 6 months. Abhay again gets up n says this Decision isnt right..n dat he is married to Sidhi .the judge says – THE COURT IS ADJOURNED

Kids n Sidhi kinda happy…Chopras..are also Ok types…Diwans n Thakrals…TOTALLY SHATTERED.

Oustide the court:

Chopras wid the Kids…Raj asks Veena..whether she is happy now. Veena says that she is very happy..dat she got both the Anands now..Seema asks Vikram how he met. He says that yesterday while he was coming frm the airport…he saw the Twins enetring into a Pune Bus.He tehn chased d bus and finally he Arrested them .Veena asks him why he didnt tell yesterday anything..when she called him. He says that the kids are KC’s kids..They had warned Viku..not to inform anyone abt them…n he didnt want to make them sad…after seeing the BUY ONE FREE ONE thing ( yeh Buy one Free One dekh ke na jee..inki dil dhukaane ka man nahi kiya). Thats why he dint tell anything to Chopras…Neither had he informed the kids that he is taking them to the court.He says that he is damn happy abt wat the kids told in the court.

Abhay walking hither n thither..Sulekha looking at him.Sulekha tells him not to be angry…The court has given its decision.Abhay says that CA is his son and wud remain only his son.Sulekha tells him that the Court doesnt think like dat..Abhay replies dat neither God nor Court wud separate CA from Him

KC (in d full-on Angel in white Avtaar) sitting under a tree…Looks Sad. BA comes near him wid a sad face. KC turns away seeing BA. BA apologises to KC..He says that ke knws KC is angry wid him..But he tells him dat He did all this for KC…for his Family..He did all this bcz he loves KC a lot and dat he didnt want to see KC..sad…n dats the reason he wanted to live together with all 4 of them…like a Family. BA Kneels down n apologizes to KC…He says that it was KC who taught him to tell the truth always…He asks Sorry.. He then leans on to KC’s lap n says that if KC feels..BA has done anything wrong…den frm now on..he would never tell any kinda truth to anyone..Saying This he cries. Tears fall down frm KC’s eyes. He wipes it off..n then consoles BA n caresses BA’s hair (in d usual KC style).

Abhay standing outside the court. CA comes to him teary eyed. He apologises to Abahy for going against him in d court..But the fact is he wanna stay with his bro n Pappa…He says that he Loves his Dad(Abhay).They hug each other n CA cries. Abhay tells him dat he doesnt care abt the verdict..bt that he wont be able to live without CA..He then tells CA to come along wid him.CA tells him to leave…and dat he wants to stay with his Family. Abhay tries to take him away..But then Kunal steps in and says- Chori…aur woh bhi Din dehade ( Stealing..n dat too during Day time)

Precap: Abhay sitting in dark n drinking…Throwing glasses..Sidhi comes him,sees him ,ignores n abt to go.Abhay shouts at her to stop there…and goes towards her (same as yesterday)
