Parichay 10th December 2012 Written Update

Siddhi n Abhay go to file missing complaint of Anands but give only CA photo.Police asks for the pic of BA too.Abhay says that they both are twins n requests him to take special care of CA.Police says that their duty is to find kids n taking care of them is parents’ duty.Police asks about the name of kids,when they say both names are Anand only,he thinks this family is weird n asks Father’s name,when Abhay is about to tell his name,Kunal comes in saying its Kunal Chopra,he’s the father of both kids.He asks Siddhi that she blamed him that he doesnt care for kids but howcome she is asking police to take care of only one kid.She says she didnt say that,Kunal says she didnt stop either.Both start arguing.Police shuts them up saying that kids of such parents who fight at home n outside also have no other alternative than running away.SeeRav come there n tell Kunal to have some rest n they’ll wait there.Kunal prefers to stay there.

SiNal self talk:

Kunal: (looks at Siddhi) She’s making faces as if she’s really worried
Siddhi: He always misunderstands me,had he looked into my eyes he’ll know the truth.
Kunal: One can see only lies in her eyes,she has something in her heart n says something else n leaves
Siddhi: He talks as if only he has concern,he’s pure at heart but dont know how he got such attitude.

CHOPRAS HOUSE: (Next morning)

Veena blaming Kunal that BA ran away only b’coz of him n asks why he didnt convince them when they found them.Kunal says she’s talking as if he did this on purpose.Veena says that to convince kids they have to tell lot of lies,n says that he should have holded Siddhi’s hand n they could have convinced kids after they were brought home.

Raj supports Kunal saying that if they agreed to kids now,they’ll continue the same attitude n will become more stubborn to fulfil their wishes,that means Kunal has to keep on lying to kids n make mockery of his life to satisfy kids.They cant let Kunal accept anything related to Siddhi n kids too should know the reality that SiNal can never be together.He tells Kunal to get ready for the court.Kunal says that until he finds kids he wont go to court.

DIWAN’S RESIDENCE:

Sulekha anxiously asks Siddhi about CA.Siddhi says they didnt find him n asks why is she so worried about this as she herself wished that this should happen,thats why they forced her into this marriage.She never thought about what CA wants,like Siddhi he too wants to be with Kunal n his family,he isnt kid anymore n knows the difference btw good n bad,its b’coz of fake love diwans shower on him,he went away but why is she so concerned about CA,She should be happy as her son is with her,its siddhi who could neither belong to chopras nor diwans n her sons too are not with her n leaves angrily.

AT COURT:

Daddy T asks Abhay about the kids,Abhay says they didnt find them n asks if there’ll be a problem b’coz of this.Daddy T says that its Kunal who’ll be in problem b’coz of this n they can use this missing thing in their favor.Daddy T wonders why Kunal didnt turn up in court.Abhay says that Kunal is also worried the whole night n asks if the case can be turned in their favor if Kunal doesnt come,he requests Daddy T to talk to judge n close the case the same day.

Daddy T n Abhay shocked to see Kunal n other Chopras coming to the court.Daddy T tells Abhay that though Kunal came to court,its clearly written on his face that he’s going to loose.He’s going to raise so many points against Kunal that he’ll get confused what to n how to answer n they already have their strong point of both Anands missing.They need not do anything,just the judge will decide everything in favor of Abhay.

Vicky-Seema phone convo:

Vicky says he came y’day only but had to finish off one important thing before meeting her.He asks her about the court where the case is going on.She tells him n goes inside as the hearing started.

All worried.Seeing SeeRav coming,Kunal asks if they found anything about kids.

Daddy T submits some papers to judge saying that they are original,they clearly show fee particulars of BA,His late fees records,suspension etc n along with them there are medical reports which show that BA’s treatment was neglected.He says that even Mr Kunal Chopra cant question credibility of those records n says that he has some witnesses,Chopras neighbours who took care of BA’s treatment n know about financial crisis Chopras has faced. Few people come n give their statement against Kunal.

Daddy T tells Judge that these witnesses n evidences are enough to show how bad n useless a person is n Kunal is not capable of raising his kids.He also says that the kids on whom this case is going on are missing n its not just a coincidence,he asks Kunal if he knows where his kids are n again tells the judge that its Kunal,who has kidnapped both Anands as he very well knows that he’s going to loose the case in this hearing n if kids are missing he’ll get sympathy from court n another date.Kunal objects to it saying that Daddy T is blaming him unnecessarily.Both start arguing,Daddy T stressing that Kunal kidnapped n Kunal asking for evidence.

Daddy T says that he doesnt have any evidence against Kunal but only Kunal has the motive to kidnap b’coz only Kunal will be benefited by this kidnapping.He keeps on arguing that if Kunal loves his kids so much then why doesnt he know their whereabouts.Kunal says that kids are neither missing nor kidnapped,they ran away from house.Daddy T asks the reason to which Kunal says he doesnt know.Daddy T says he knows that kids arent kidnapped but he wanted to make Kunal confess that kids ran away.He says that kids ran away as they are not happy with a useless dad like Kunal who cant give them comforts.He continues saying that everyone knows about Kunal’s short temper,he doesnt know how to talk lovingly,always shouts for small things also,kids were afraid that their dad who always scolds them,will also beat them.Kunal objects that he had never beaten BA.

Daddy T says that this court itself is a witness of Kunal’s short temper,he talks less n abuses more n this is the reason why Siddhi left him n married Abhay.SiNal angry hearing this.Siddhi says that Daddy T is lying n such things never happened btw them.Daddy T warns her to sit down or else he has to ask her the reason for leaving Kunal Chopra n she wont be able to answer.

Daddy T keeps on saying that Anand left the house as Kunal doesnt have money to raise him,doesnt give emotional support to him.When Kunal doesnt have the capacity to love his kids n convince them then he doesnt have the right to have custody of kids.He requests judge to keep these points in view n decide if Chopras should get custody of kids or Diwans.

Judge about to give judgement but Vikram comes n interrupts saying that before she gives judgement he wants to present someone in the court,who wants to say something to her.Both Anands come in,All happy to see them except Daddy T n his daughter.

BA,CA goes to witness box.BA says that the reason behind them leaving the house is not only their dad but also their mom n its not b’coz their parents scold them but b’coz of their parents stubborn nature.Both look at each other n say that they want to stay together,they never got their mom’s love when they were kids,they didnt even know that they are twins but after they met each other they were always together.They decided that they’ll be together forever but their parents wanted them to remain separate.They dont want any happiness in the world or want any wishes,they just want their mom,dad to stay with them.SiNal speechless.All Chopras with tears of happiness.Abhay n his T gang restless..

Precap: Abhay sitting in dark n drinking,throwing glasses.Siddhi comes in sees him,ignores n about to go.Abhay shouts at her her to stop there itself n goes towards her.
