Veera 10th December 2012 Written Update

Ranvi is searching something to make jhula for Veera. He puts things down and a letter falls along with it. Chaiji tells him that Ratan will not be angry on him. Ranvi notices the letter and hands it over to Ratan. She tells Chaiji that it’s a letter from Sampooran. Chaiji asks her to read to the letter and leaves the room so that Ratan can read the letter all alone.

Sampooran had started the letter saying its his helplessness to write the letter as Ratan was not ready to listen what he says. Ratan gets flashbacks of her refusal to listen to him. Sampooran had written that its her right to know what happened between him and Amrita else both of them will not feel right.

Flash back ‘ Rajveer keeping the shoes of Kartar safe so that no one takes dulha’s shoes. Kartar is enjoying the celebrations of his marriage. Amritha’s parents come and her father has taken his pagdi off his head and says sorry to bharatis. All are shocked as they say that marriage cannot happen. On being questioned they tell the truth that Amritha had run away from home. They ask sorry once again asking them to beat them on their head with shoes. Sampooran stops Kartar who is angry. He asks him not to do anything as Amritha’s parents are in a worse situation than him. Bharatis leave the place.

Flash back – In the bus stand, Kartar feels bad as he couldn’t fulfill the promise he did to his beeji. Sampooran says he will meet his uncle and come home the next day. He goes to a dhaba to have food. While refreshing, he notices a bride sitting alone and sobbing.

After reading this Ratan is in tears. Ranvi sees her crying and says he will sing a song for her so that she can sleep easily. Chaiji asks him to leave Ratan alone as sometimes a person feels like crying if his/her heart is heavy. Ranvi kisses on Ratan’s cheeks before leaving.

Flash back ‘ all the people seated at the dhaba are wondering who the girl might be. Suddenly Amritha gets stomach pain. Sampooran notices it and goes forward to help her. He gives her tablet along with water. Amritha says that she feels better after having tablets. Sampooran offers to take her to doctor as she isn’t well. She tells him that he cannot find a single doctor in the whole area. A storm strikes and Sampooran takes Amritha to cave. He tells that he could feel Amritha’s pain as her nails pierced his hands. Amritha asks Sampooran to go away. But suddenly she feels the pain again and asks for tablets. She asks him to give the tablets along with water. Amritha faints on his shoulder.

Ratan sees Sampooran’s turban and touches to feel it. She remembers a special moment between her and Sampooran. Ratan recollects how Sampooran used to call her Pataka kaur.

Flash back ‘ Amritha is shivering as its cold. Sampooran asks how she feels. Amritha doesn’t answer him straight. She tells that she is the only girl in the whole village who was fortunate to become a bride but not a wife. Sampooran recognizes it to be Amritha. She asks him how he knows her name. Sampooran is mad at her for leaving the mandap and humiliating her parents in public.

Flash back ‘ Amritha is explaining how she hid in a tractor and ran away. Sampooran scolds her for making her parents bow their head in shame. He says that Kartar was his brother.

Precap: Amritha says she cannot face Kartar but can say sorry to Sampooran. She asks him to understand that a girl might be in trouble that forced her to leave the mandap. Sampooran asks whether she ran away with a guy or she had the idea of acting in films.
