Sugni is waiting while kuhu comes out of a building and tells her friend didnt allow her to go soon,and says all your sarees are sold and they will give money in couple of days, sugni elated while digvijay watches them leave.

Adi is walking in the house when a 10 rupee coin falls at his feet from vikram’s hand and vikram tells Adi to keep it as will need it,Adi lifts the coin touches it to his eyes and tells vikram that he knows vikram wants him to be desperate for money but he will never take it from vikram and gives the money back and tells if this is the way you treat money then you will loose it soon and gives Vikram 1rupee to keep it.

Viram says I have brought you up with my own hands and you have nothing on your own, Adi says I have one thing which even your wealth cant buy, Vikram says very soon you will be sending sugni to me for one night, Adi says vikram is dreaming becoz he is not the Adi whom he brought up he is now the Adi who can stand on his own feet without his mama’s help and gives him the 1st loan installment and says very soon your loan will be repaid, your pride will come down.

Sugni is waiting for Adi when she sees him attending to his injuries, sugni applies ointment and asks how it all happened. Adi says he cant tell her but this is his exam and he will surely succeed. Sugni gets emotional and starts crying.

Vikram in his room with the sarees on which sugni had done emroidery, he remmbers some romantic moments with sugni, how she marries Adi at gun point. Vikram is the one who bought all of sugni’s sarees and tells his heart that he should not help her but hate her. He gets enraged and battles with his mind that he has to hate her not help her,he is furious as he cant see sugni loosing but he should develop hatred for her. Vikram then burns all the sarees.
Sugni comes to his room and sees the sarees burning and asks if she has come to repay the loan.Vikram says he has kept an eye on her and knows how she is earning the money.He tells this is the same saree which you sold and earned money and this is my money which you have in your hand.Sugni says this money has no value now as this money is his bhiksha and she throws the money on his face,and says she will surely repay his loan.
Vikram says there is way of repaying his loan easily and that is she has to spend a night with him and spare Adi.Sugni is shocked.Vikram tells be my wife for one night I will give you 10 lks it will be for your profit.Sugni in tears says this is his love for her, thats why he wanted to marry her becoz he wants her body only. Vikram says he had loved her from all his heart but what did he give her in return nothing.Vikram asks if she is ready, Sugni asks if his sugni will do anything like this he should only answer but she will never.Vikram says very soon she will be desperate to come to him and spend one night with him and that night will come in next 24hrs.

Next day Vikram brings to sugni to the place where Adi is about to fight but sugni doesnt know, Vikram says there is still time if she agrees for one night with him.Vikram takes her inside to show her how bad her situation is.Inside Adi is about to enter the fighting ring and sugni is super shocked to see him.Vikram explains to sugni how deadly a fight it is and how badly the looser will be injured, Sugni looks on as Adi is beaten black and blue, Sugni tries to stop Adi when Vikram says she cant stop it now and if Adi dies then vikram will leave out the loan.Adi’s opponent then starts to attack him from knife under Vikram’s instructions. Sugni begs Vikram to save Adi as he is his mama, Vikram says he was his mama not now after all they did to him and says its in sugni’s hand now to save Adi and she has one hour to decide it. Sugni tells hi to be ashamed of himself and how can she fall so low.Vikram asks if her shame is more than Adi’s life if so then she should be ready to stand in front of his dead body and leaves while Sugni runs behind him and pleads him not to do so.

Sugni returns to the fighting place and asks them to stop the fight but the men say we have invested so much in this bet that we cant loose it, sugni watches from a window how badly Adi is getting beaten and leaves.Adi meanwhile attacks his opponent and wins.

Reva in haveli looking for Vikram when she smells something burning and finds some emroidery pieces and gets furious that sugni had come here. Reva starts searching for him and comes to sugni’s room and finds her emroidery work but sugni is nowhere and gets doubt.

Sugni comes to a house where Vikram is waiting and says she came on right time, sugni pleads him to save Adi,Vikram asks her to agree for his condition then he will save Adi, sugni says she is here, and if anything happens to Adi either she will kill Vicky or herself and tells its sitamaiya kasam. Vikram asks her to stop sitamaiya drama as he has seens such things on tv many times.Vikram also tells her she has come to fulfil his deal so better mind her tongue as Adi’s fate is only one call away.

Sugni pleads him not to harm Adi. Vikram asks her if she is ready to accept his deal and asks her to say it out loud, Sugni remembers marrying Adi and teary eyed says she is ready to spend the night with him, Vikram asks her to say it aloud and Sugni desperately says Yes I am ready to spend the night with you.Vikram gets furious at her and about to slap her and says she should not have so much attitude as she is repaying the loan not doing any favour to him.Vikram starts to deink when Sugni says she will do as he says.Vikram says today is her suhaag raat and asks her to dress as a bride.Sugni says she will do as he says,Vikram gives her saree and puts it on her head and says she has 2hrs time to get ready,she should look lovely and full of love for him.
