Mohammad Nazim has no issues with women leading his show Saathiya

Mohammand Nazim, better known as Ahem of Star Plus’ Saath Nibhana Saathiya, is one actor who does not deny the fact that a male artiste does not have much to do on television especially on a show like Saathiya that is female dominated.

“Women generally play the lead on TV and there is no denying the fact that these shows run because of them only. Male actors are just brought in because these women have to be shown as married or have to get married. Had this not been the case, the men folk wouldn’t have found a place in these shows,” the actor says laughingly.

We do not disagree with what Nazim has to say, as the men in Saathiya have just to decorate the house or collect parcels. However, this actor has no qualms about it, as he observes, “Though my character does not have much to enact, it has given me immense popularity and I am thankful to my producer for that.”

Well, we just hope that the producers of this show give an opportunity to the male actors to show their acting skill.
