Parichay 28th November 2012 Written Update

The episode starts with Veena pleading to Siddhi to leave AC1 with the Chopras. She tells her that she has already lost her son Anand and she won’t be able to bear separation from her grandchild Anand. She tells Siddhi to not minds Kunal’s words and do not snatch Anand from them. Veena asks Siddhi to promise it and Siddhi promises it to Veena. Beta D comes and says that he heard that Veena asked Siddhi to promise something and Siddhi wants to tell her something too. He then tells Siddhi that AC2 has gone to picnic at some hill station and If she doesn’t agree to his demands, he will have AC2 killed. He even calls AC2 and confirms it to Siddhi that AC2 is actually at a hill station and his life is in danger. Siddhi agrees to his demands.

When all Chopras are going inside the court, Seema tells Veena that she shouldn’t have talked to Siddhi as she doesn’t want to help them. Veena says this time she has faith in Siddhi that she will take their side. Seema says If Siddhi has such intentions then she wouldn’t have filed the custody case at the first place. Veena says, Siddhi didn’t verbally say anything to her, but she promised her by touching her hand that she will be on their side. Seema says that Siddhi never fulfills any of her promises, but she loves breaking her promises and people’s hearts well. She continues that she did the same thing to her before and now doing it to Veena. She tells Veena that Siddhi only made promise to her so she can enjoy breaking her heart again.

Seema points out to Veena that Siddhi’s lawyer Daddy T is a shrewd man and he will try to question Kunal’s financial status in the court, but they have to convince the court that for a good upbringing, good values and ethics are more important than the money. Seema says they have to stand united in the court and support Kunal win this case. She continues that they have to prove the importance of joint family in the court. She says that they also have to convince the court what AC1 means to them and what they mean to AC1. They also need to prove how Anand brings happiness to their family by solving littlest of the problems in the family. Most importantly, they have to prove what AC1 means to Kunal, that AC1 is Kunal’s life and his hope to continue living.

Their case is called upon and they all go inside the court. Diwans and Thakarals arrive there too. AC1 stumbles a little and Siddhi tries to prevent him from falling, but Seema stops Siddhi and tells her they are there to take care of AC1 and leaves with AC1.

Daddy T tells Beta D not to worry about the case as he has plenty of evidence against Kunal to win this case for him. Beta D says he has one more person to testify against Kunal and that is Siddhi. Daddy T gets very happy hearing this and tells Beta D to ask his servant to put another bed in AC2 room because he will be taking AC1 home today itself. Daddy T wonders where Kunal is and Beta D thinks his victory will be a big slap on Kunal’s face. Kunal is walking towards the court room and spots a Ganesha Idol on the way and stops to have few words with him. He says to Ganesha that he is nothing more than a statue for him and all the courts in the world are living proof that he is only statue because if he really existed then no one would need courts and laws. He says there are lots more people come to your temple than the courts yet people believe in you and worship you. He says today AC1 put tilak on his forehead for his victory, but he is young child who doesn’t know that you have never done anything good to me; whenever I desired and asked for something, you always snatched it from me. My son still believes in you, but if you separate my son from me today, I will not spare you. I will prove that you are the biggest lie in this world. He says for everyone else, you are the biggest thing in their lives, but my son is the biggest thing in my life. Someone comes and tells Kunal that his case has been called upon. Kunal says to Ganesha not to forget what he said to him and leaves.

Back in the court Beta D tells something to his mom and then tells his wife not to think too much and not to worry. Siddhi wonders what Beta D said to his mom and wonders where Kunal is. The judge arrives to the court and asks for the case to be proceeded. Daddy T says to court that his client Beta D and his wife want the custody of AC1. He says that since Kunal isn’t there to defend his case, the custody should automatically be granted to Beta and Bahu D, right then Kunal arrives in court room.

Kunal apologizes to the court for coming late and says to Daddy T that it’s judge’s job to reach the verdict not his. Daddy T tells court that Kunal’s bad habits could be proven very dangerous to AC1 and he will prove it to the court. He calls Kunal to the witness box and asks AC1 age. Kunal says 9 years. Daddy T asks him when did he find out he was going to become a father? Kunal says 20 years ago LOL. Daddy T asks him if he was joking? Kunal says on the contrary Daddy T is joking because if his son is 9+ years old then obviously he found out about being father 10 years ago.

Daddy T asks Kunal when he found out he was having a baby, he must have been tried to make his upcoming child’s life financially secure, like fix deposit, life insurance etc? Kunal answers no. Daddy T asks why didn’t he do it? because he doesn’t love his son? Kunal says he didn’t feel the need to do so. Daddy T asks the judge to note the point. He says to Kunal that because of his bad habits of gambling, drinking and fighting, no one ever gives him a job. Daddy T says neither Kunal loves his son nor his family. He asks Kunal if he is denying all the bad habits he has? Kunal says no he agrees to them. Episode ends.
