Kuch Toh Log Kahenge 21st November 2012 Written Update

RN is discussing something with a doctor when Ashu walks in to talk to him. The doctor leaves and Ashu sits down.

Nidhi and Khushi have a chat where Khushi tells Nidhi she doesn’t want to be a burden on anyone. Nidhi is shocked. She notices Khushi destroying her drawings and toys. Finally she tells Nidhi that she doesn’t want to go to RanJi’s but stay here.

Meanwhile, RN tells Ashu that he will love to be Khushi’s guardian but he needs to talk to Anji first but he’s sure she’ll be happy.

Nidhi calls Ashu and tells about Khushi’s decision which puts Ashu in a fix since RN is so happy. But Nidhi doesn’t want to give Anji false hopes. But Ashu decides to talk to Khushi first.

RN tells Anji about Ashu’s offer of adopting Khushi and Anji is more than happy to accept. She says kids are kids, she hopes for a miracle but if God is giving them Khushi they shouldn’t refuse.

Khushi meanwhile is giving Ashu a tough time but he handles her calmly assuring her that what they’re doing is for her own good and RanJi will take good care of her. They will love her just like they love her here. But Khushi still doesn’t want to go. Nidhi comes and says that if Khushi wants to stay here, she can leave her job to take care of her. Ashu tells her not to hurry her decision but she says this is her career. Ashu says that a doctor’s career is not only theirs but the patients’ as well. She is getting emotional and should think about what she has given for it. Nidhi says decisions change. Ashu says Khushi will understand if the explain and they should give her time. He goes away and Khushi starts crying and hugs Nidhi.

Nidhi is giving Khushi something to eat when she gets a call from someone (a patient I guess) whom she says that she cannot make it to work. Ashu also informs her that there is a call for her from the hospital whom she has to refuse that she can’t come to the hospital. Khushi realises that everyone is missing Nidhi in the hospital. Ashu just hopes that the patients don’t suffer because of Nidhi’s decision. Nidhi says that there are more qualified doctors than her but Ashu says that patients want to consult her only and he’s seen that. Nidhi doesn’t agree with Ashu that her decision is not correct.

Later, as Nidhi is playing with Khushi, the latter notices her looking lost. Nidhi can’t stop thinking about what is happening in the hospital. Nidhi tells Ashu that they should tell RanJi about Khushi but Ashu wants to talk to her one last time. However, they hear RanJi and everyone else on their doorstep.

RanJi along with the Vermas and Solankis come inside and Anji hugs Khushi affectionately and gives her a doll. Khushi is a little cold and this makes AshNi nervous. Anji wants to take her home right away. She thanks AshNi for the happiness they’ve given her. RN, Shyama and Mr. S also thank them. DB and Yuvraj also approve of this decision. Nidhi is forced to break everyone’s hearts by telling them that Khushi doesn’t want to go in that house.

Precap: DB asks her to go to RanJi’s at least temporarily. Ashu likes the idea and says she can come back whenever she wants to.
