Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain 19th November 2012 Written Update

Episode starts with maanvi and Vanshika in kitchen preparing food. Maanvi asks Vanshika if she could prepare Diwali rangoli that year. Vanshika agrees and goes to bring the stuffs to prepare rangoli from store room.
Vanshika opens the store room door with great difficulty and goes and takes the stuffs. She was about to leave when she hits the door and it closes leaving her locked inside. Maanvi thinks why Vanshika is still not back from the store room and goes in search for her. Meanwhile Vanshika is trying to open the door calling for help.
Maanvi comes and Vanshika tells her that she couldn’t get the door open. Maanvi tries to open but she too couldn’t. maanvi calls viraat and everyone else. Viraat comes and tells her how his mother could get locked in. Everyone comes in. viren and viraat tries to open the door by pushing it opens but still it didn’t get opened. Inder chachu tells them that it will not open it like that and tells that they will need a key for it. Dadaji tells them that too have never seen any key for that room before. Everyone is tensed. Jeevika asks what vanshika was doing in the store room so late at night. Maanvi tells her that she wanted to make rangoli and because of that vanshika went to take the stuffs from store room.
Karan comes there and tells that he will do something. He tells that since it’s a old age type door, it wont open easily. Viraat agrees on it and tells that they have to call a key maker. Karan refuse on it and takes a pin from Maanvi and tries to open it. After sometime, the door still doesn’t get opens and maanvi tells that it will not open that way and they shouldn’t waste more time. viren too agrees. Karan tells them that he wants to try one more. He tries once again and the door gets opens. Vanshika comes out scared and hugs viren and viraat. everyone is relieved. Jeevika takes Vanshika to her room so that she could take rest.
Viraat and Manvi praises him. Maanvi asks him from where he learnt it and Karan replies that there is not much to learn in it all one have to do is apply some knowledge and it will come naturally to them. They leave and Viren looks at him in a not so convincing manner.
Jeevika goes to Dadaji’s room. Dadaji tells her that he doesn’t want to speak to anyone just yet. Jeevika smiles and tells him that there was someone who came to meet him. He sees Swamini, Karan and Vanshika standing in the door way. Dadaji becomes very happy seeing her. Dadaji asks for forgiveness but Swamini tells him that elders shouldn’t seek forgiveness from youngsters. her pain will ease through time and she have holds no grudge and also she is ashamed of what she did during the time and pleads forgiveness from her father. Dadaji tells her not to ask for forgiveness and he ashamed of what he did. They hug. Karan comes and takes blessings from Dadaji and hugs him. Dadaji tells him that its was good that he returned and now their family is complete for real. He hugs both Karan and Swamini.
Swamini is in her room and Karan comes in and takes blessing from her wishing her happy Diwali. He tells her that that year, his Diwali is going to be celebrated for real. Swamini hugs him and promise him that she will never let any sadness come in his life. Viraat comes in and wishes them both. Viraat takes Karan to their room saying that they have some work for him.
Viren is sitting with a designer and viraat comes in with karan and tells him that they have brought a designer so that he can wear new clothes on Diwali like them and since their clothes were already made, its now his turn. Viraat further tells him that SB has done a lot to them and its time that they do something for her son too. The designer take measurements and viren tells him that they need the clothes by evening. Viren leaves saying he needs to make a call and Karan tells that viren seems always busy. Viraat tells that he is after all chandighar’s famous lawyer.
Karan tells viraat that he was going to buy crackers and asks why don’t he join him. Viraat tells him that he too wants to buy but he will go with Viren. Karan seems to be hurt and tells that since he is not their real brother and its okay if he doesn’t want to go. Viraat feeling bad tells him that he will go with him and they leaves.
Viren comes in later and tells viraat that he is free and they should leave to buy the fire crackers. Viraat informs him that he have already brought it with karan. Viren is disappointed at this and asks if he gave sweets and firecrackers to the orphanage. Viraat tells him that there was not much time so Karan sent some money to it. Viren is very disappointed and tells that the orphanage was only 10 minutes and away and he didn’t see why they couldn’t do it. Viraat tells him that there is no need to worry about it. Viren tells him how he could say that if the orphans was going to celebrate Diwali with money instead of crackers. Viren leaves upset saying that he was going to buy sweets and fire crackers for them. Maanvi over hears.
In Vadhera mansion, everyone is preparing for Diwali. They sits for pooja and pandit starts the pooja. Shlok whispers to viraat when they were going to burst the crackers. Viraat replies they will after the pooja. Maanvi whispers to Karan that they have a similarity and karan looks confused and she says that its their first Diwali at the house. Inder Chachu praise the rangolis made by maanvi. Everyone smiles.
The Pooja begins and everyone does pooja.

Karan is talking to someone on the phone and tells that he have made a grand entry into the vadhera mansion. He tells that he will tell everything later and wishing him happy Diwali he cuts the call and leaves. maanvi overhears.
