Diya Aur Baati Hum 8th November 2012 Written Update

Episode starts with Bhabo watching the clock, Meena comes and sees the clock, says only 15 minutes are there for the Mounvrat to be over, and she will never keep such a Vrat. Bhabo goes on speaking, Meena’s ear-ring falls and she tells Meena to be careful, asks if she is well or not. Meena can’t say anything, just smiles, Bhabo thinks it as weird.

Teacher comes with Sandhya to give detailed description of Sandhya’s 1st day at sewing school. Bhabo is eager to listen. Dhaisa and other neighbors have come up. Bhabo asks what mistake she did. Teacher now says that she heard many good qualities of Sandhya but she is now finding something strange with Sandhya, she has done something which no one would have thought of doing so.

Meena now sees Sandhya’s sari and sees she had sewn the cloth piece along with her own sari. She tells that to everyone present around, and makes good fun of her. Bhabo speaks up for Sandhya, who is silent all the while, says no one is born with qualities, and everyone should be open to accepting mistakes.

The teacher now says if Bhabo wants to hide Sandhya’s faults, she should teach Sandhya on her own as the teacher doesn’t have so much time to spend on a single student She now give detailed deeds of Sandhya. Apparently, Sandhya took half an hour to just put thread on needle and when she operated the sewing machine, it looked that the whole machine trembled and finally it got broken.

The teacher asks 2000 rupees from Bhabo for buying a new sewing machine.Meena says that was an old sewing machine and why the teacher is asking so much money. Bhabo says she will give the rupees and finally gives it and sends off the teacher. Bhabo says to Dhaisa to stop praising her own Bahus and taunt Sandhya indirectly in the process, sends her off as well.

Meena thinks now Bhabo will scold Sandhya as she had sent everyone away. To her utter surprise, Bhabo didn’t scold Sandhya. Bhabo says she doesn’t want her Beedni to become a tailor and whatever sewing she will do she can learn from Bhabo herself.

Meena is thinking that what is happening that Bhabo is behaving in this fashion, sees the clock and watches in horror as she spoke much before Maunbrat time was to end, curses Jethani Ji that because of her, she even broke Maunbrat before the designated time.

Suraj enters in his room at Ajmer to have some sleep, thinks of Bhabo’s words to Sandhya again and again. Sandhya thinks of Suraj and why he came here suddenly on the other hand. Both lies on bed but thinks of the incidents and a sad BG song is played. At morning, Suraj and Chavi returns to Rathi house. Bhabasa enquires about them, Bhabo too asks and says further says that if everything went off so well, why is Suraj sitting with a sad face.

Chaturi asks if he will eat something. Suraj says he is not feeling like to eat something. Bhabo misunderstands Suraj, says he is keeping a braat for her, and so she is happy about the fact that Suraj thinks about his mother so much. Suraj doesn’t reply. Suraj goes to have his bath, Bhabo tells Sandhya to give the towel to Suraj as he went to bath without the towel.

Sandhya went upstairs to retrieve the towel from the suitcase, sees her certificates in Suraj’s suitcase. Sandhya sees the filled up admission form and comes to know about the reason why Suraj was here instead of being in Ajmer. She is misty-eyed when she thinks what Suraj had been doing all the while for her.

Bhabo asks about missing jewellery saying Chavi said she had kept in his suitcase and he was missing there for few hours, before Suraj could answer, Mohit sees the admission form and goes to tell Bhabo what had actually happened.
