Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain 30th October 2012 Written Update

Episode begins with an depressed Virat as he recalls Dadaji’s dislike towards his singing career. Manvi then joins him and advices him not to think about Dadaji’s words, for he knows that Dadaji loves him and will support him later on. As of now he should concentrate on the upcoming competition.

Meanwhile, the rest of them are discussing about Virat’s seriousness towards the singing career. Both Dadaji and Swamini Bua disapprove of his decision, thinking what kind of a career or future could a singer possibly have? Viren intervenes their conversation, and suggests that he will speak to Virat about his decision on singing. Dadaji and Swamini agree, although not too satisfied.

Back at Hrishikesh, Madan and Beeji are gratified with Karan Shekhawat’s generosity, that despite being a stranger, he helped them during their difficult times. Beeji suggests that they call Mr. Shekhawat to thank him personally for the favor.

Vanshika is really tensed regarding the tiff between Dadaji and Virat. Jeevika consoles her saying that they should all believe in Virat, that he can do it, because their support will boost his morale and confidence to do better. She also says that she trusts in Virat and is sure that he will win the competition and Dadaji’s trust will rebuild in him!

Next scene, Viren once again comes to Virat’s room and asks him to go for his honeymoon. Viren gives some emotional insistence and Virat finally agrees to go for the honeymoon. He takes the tickets from Viren. Jeevika and Manvi, who are in the room too, giggle seeing Virat agree Manvi then goes to see Dadaji in his study, and explains to him through Virat’s point of view, to give him just one chance to prove himself. Dadaji is hesitant at first since he doesn’t appreciate singing, and asks Manvi if she would prefer the same; but due to Manvi’s sweet words and force, he agrees to support Virat and see his ability. Manvi is enlightened and she makes Dadaji listen to Virat’s song.

Viren the good boy, takes some good dinner for his Badi Maa to her room. She is sad about whatever that took place the previous day. He quickly apologizes to her for all that he said and did; promises never to repeat it again. Swamini accepts his apology with a heavy smile.

In the Vadhera mansion hall, Virat calls out to everyone to gather around while Manvi tries to stop him from dong so. Once everyone has arrived, Virat surprises them by saying that along with him, Manvi too is selected for the singing competition. Viren, Jeevika, Chachi and the rest of family are happy with this news, while the elders don’t seem to happy with this result. Swamini moves forward to congratulate Manvi (and Virat), although with a pale face. Manvi somewhat notices the discomfort, but ignores it. Viren then suggests that now Manvi should accompany Virat to the competition since both of them are equally a part of it!

Precap- Manvi randomly asks Jeevika if gargling clears one’s throat for better singing? Jeevika looks at Manvi and tells calmly her that participating in the same competition as Virat would bring problems to their newly formed relationship. Manvi is surprised/worried.
