‘It is not that Arvind Bhatnagar is negative’- Vikram Kapadia

Vikram Kapadia speaks on his role as the strict Mr.Bhatnagar in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha on Colors

Vikram Kapadia may have made an entry into Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha at the eleventh hour of season 1, however he has already made quite an impact on the viewers. Viewers had often and on heard about Mohan’s dad, the elusive Mr.Bhatnagar, who just didn’t see eye to eye with his son.

Mr.Kapadia was approached to play Arvind Bhatnagar at the fag end of season 1 when season 2 was yet to be planned. Keeping in mind Mr.Kapadia’s tight schedule he accepted this role as it didn’t demand he shooting for Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha for the majority of the month. He explains, “I accepted this role as it didn’t require me to shoot for 20 days in a month.”

However in the second season of the show fans would surely like to see more of him. So will he be ready to shoot for more days? Mr.Kapadia replies, “That all depends on what the terms, conditions and arrangement will be like. As of now I can’t really say what will happen.”

Mr.Bhatnagar who wants his son to join his company, is wanting his son to do what he feels is right for him instead of letting his son follow his heart. Mr.Kapadia explains, “It is not that Arvind Bhatnagar is negative. He simply has his own way of thinking and set of beliefs about doing business and making money. He is after all a loving father to Mohan. Also he will soon realize how sweet and loving a daughter-in-law Megha is.”
