Pratigya 26th November 2010 Written Update

SS asks Amma if what he’s seeing is real.Amma tells him that Shakti has brought a new bride home and rushes down the stairs happily and thanks the Goddess and tells Shakti that he has done something which she can feel proud of for the first time in his life.She asks Piyasiya to get the aarti ki thaali and tells Shakti that she’d like to see the face of her new daughter-in-law and removes the ghoonghat.She is shocked to see Arushi and so are the others.Amma asks Shakti if this is some kind of a joke and asks him what Arushi is doing standing as a bride next to him.SS asks Shakti if he’s gone mad that he has bought Arushi and wonders if he has bought her home by force and is worried if the police will come to their house.He asks Arushi not to worry and tells her that he’ll make sure that she goes back home safely and asks Amma to undo the ghatbandhan.

Amma is about to undo the ghatbandhan but Arushi stops her and asks her not to do so.She tells Amma that she got married to Shakti on her own will and she is his wife and their daughter-in-law.Amma and SS are stunned.SS asks Shakti if Arushi was the only one whom he got out of all the other girls in Allahabad.Pratigya and Krishna come behind.Amma goes upto SS and tells him that all this is Pratigya’s plan and she was the one who got Arushi married to Shakti to make sure they get all the property and asks Pratigya not to make such an innocent face as she knows how she really is.Krishna tells her that he is now sure that he has gone mad because she always blames Pratigya for everything.He asks her to forget it and asks her to welcome Arushi.Amma is about to go away but SS asks her to complete the ceremony.She tells SS that she won’t welcome the person who is going to ruin their lives even if he beats her up and goes away.

SS asks Dadi if she’ll do it but she just looks away.Finally he asks Kesar to do it.Piyasiya gives Kesar the aarti ki thaali and she welcomes Arushi.Shakti and Arushi take SS’s blessings.They go upto Dadi but she refuses to give them her blessings.SS forces her to keep her hand on Arsuhi’s head but she takes it away immediately.SS then asks Arushi to take Pratigya’s blessings.She refuses to do so and tells SS that an elder sister-in-law never takes the blessings of her youger sister-in-law.SS asks Kesar and Pratigya to take Arushi and Shakti to their room.Pratigya is about to touch Arushi but stops herself from doing so.Shakti and Arushi enter the room and Shakti shuts the door on Kesar’s face.Kesar starts crying and hugs Pratigya.She tells her that everything is over.Pratigya starts crying as well and tells her that she never thought that the person whom she loved the most would become her enemy.
