Afsar Bitiya 18th September 2012 Written Update

Part One
Krishna and Pintu walk in hand in hand for their round on the seven vows’. Are you ready? The host asks and Pintuji says yes’..So both of you husband and wife will tell your vows. Pintuji ties the gat bandhan between his dupattah and Krishna’s aanchal and they think of their marriage’

Pintuji starts – you are my friend and life partner too’.I will earn and you will feed me’..
Krishna says – because of my last birth’s good deeds and by God’s grace I have got you’..I promise to be your life partner all through this life’..

Pintuji says – I will need your help in following my duties and dharma’.and will fulfil my duties’.with complete trust’.
Krishna says – only after I feed all your family members to their satisfaction will I eat’..
Pintuji – I will always be truthful and committed to you’

Krishna ‘ I will follow the rules of being a good wife and will see to it that I carry forward your family name’..( vansh’procreation’)
Pintuji ‘ I will follow the dharma of the wealth and family”
Krishna ‘ I will always be your friend in happiness and sadness’
Pintuji ‘ At all stages I will keep you happy and contended’..
Krishna – I will respect your parents and will follow the dharma of pati varata’.
Pintuji says ‘ I will be bound to you for many births’.
Krishna – I will support you in getting wealth, discharge of duties , actions and spiritual growth. From now you are just like God to me’.

All are thrilled and they get a thunderous applause! Chanchal is whistling away in happiness. Krishna hugs Pintuji!

Part Two
The judges say they are very happy with their answers. So we declare them winners of this round. Pintu, Krishna and Babloo are smiling. Chanchal is thrilled that she has the best Jija and Didi. Bihari and Dihati make faces and Pinky is not amused.

The announcer says that this round comes to an end and they must go to the green room and get ready for the next round. Pinky is in deep thought. She calls TTS and just then Ganga comes’..so TTS sends her back to look at some cupboard in his room’ He wants to know what happened and gets upset at the victory of Prishna. Ganga comes back to tell him that the cupboard was closed and they need to go otherwise they would get late for the event. TTS just sits down and Ganga wants to know what has happened suddenly.

Back at the event, Saraswati wants to know what is going to happen. Manisha says she does not understand this round. Ravi asks Chanchal who seems to know. She says the wives will come with ghoonghat(veil) on the stage and the husbands will have to recognize them without lifting the ghoonghat.

The announcement is made and the round is called ‘ “Haye re Haye tera ghoonghta!”
The ladies come on stage and the husbands will have to recognize their respective wives ‘ whoever finds their wife first will be the winner. Chanchal feels happy that she could make out the round correctly. The announcer goes on saying that there is a twist ‘ you have to recognize your wives from a distance and once the ghoonghat is removed the game is over for you’just one chance!( this really reminded me of the game in CCBM)
Come forward and look for your wives’.

Bihari, Santosh and Pintuji walk past all the ladies’..They are all confused and thinking’..since there are more than three ladies. Santosh is the first to find his wife. They lift the ghoonghat and he is wrong! Chanchal and Saraswati are worried’ Bihari is happy at their mistake. They are out of the round. The others ( Pintu and Bihari’)continue their search for their wives’Pintu has nearly found Krishna but stops to pray for a second that his choice should be the right one and smiles’..Exactly at that time Bihari passes by a lady and Pinky says ‘ Ouch! He gets the hint as they had planned earlier itself that she would give him a clue( cheating’.)’.Bihari finds Dihati’..and they are happy at their victory.

Pintu is shattered’The hostess praises Bihari for recognising his wife from within the ghoonghat too’.Pintuji is also asked as he too had made up his mind on who was the lady’..He says ‘ This is Krishna’..Let us see if indeed it is Krishna and lo ‘ Krishna it was! Babloo was so happy ‘ Chanchal feels bad that though he was so close to victory, he could not say it before’.Pintuji comes to Krishna and looks at her with sadness. She reassures him through her eyes that it’s ok’.The judges declare Bihari as the winner of this round. Claps ”Saraswati is sad. Pintu and Krishna too are sad and Pinky is relieved’..
According to the scores till now both Bihari and Pintu are equal! Let’s see what is in store in the next round! Please go to the green room and get ready for the next round.

Part Three
All the contestants are called for the last round. It is called ‘ “Swaad Sanam ke haathon ka!” The wives will have to teach the husbands with sign language only ‘ no talking ‘ on how to make dal tadka..!!!Whoever cooks best will be declared the winner.

All the husbands are in aprons and ready for the round. Manisha says Pintuji does not know anything in cooking’. Chanchal says oh no’..Dihati tells Bihari in signs.. Krishna to Pintu and Santosh’s wife to him”It was a cute scene ‘ Chanchal prays that Didi should become a good actor for sometime so that jijaji can understand all her actions.

Saraswati tells Chanchal God knows what her chacha is doing – he has not put either haldi, tomatoes or salt”It is going to be a tasteless dal’.. Bihari tells Dihati – even when you talk I can’t understand now it is all the more difficult!

They see that the dal is not made but the utensil had got burnt. Santosh is ready with his dal first’ Good rapport between the two of you. The result is that Santosh Singh has won! BDP are sad’ Claps for them by the audience’.
Pintu and Krishna are sad too’.

Pinky is holding a dress and saying ‘ Madam wants to dance”She cuts up the dress which Krishna had to wear for the dance in the next round’.As she is cutting, Krishna sees her!
