Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain 17th September 2012 Written Update

Episode starts with Maanvi being moved to another hospital room whilst asking Virat why she feels like Jeevika is nearby. Virat makes a joke out of it so Maanvi is distracted.
Jeevika is talking to Viren saying she is so close to Maanvi yet so far.
Maanvi is in her new hospital room and the doctor is saying that treating patients like her raises their spirit. Dr Mehra says that from tomorrow your recovery will start.
Inder’s phone rings and Maanvi thinks it is Jeevika’s call but the Dr says they are not allowed to receive phone calls in special wards.
Dr informs Maanvi that the surgery will start tomorrow morning at 8.
Beeji tells Virat to go home because she is with Maanvi. Virat realizes he needs to stay in the hospital to make sure that Maanvi doesn’t see Jeevika so he says he wants to say.
Maanvi says that if a kid is insisting so much then just agree with him (our old Mannu is coming back!)
Virat goes out to meet VirIka and Beeji tells Inder to go home because her and Virat are with Maanvi.
Virat enters VirIka’s room and says that Maanvi is in the next door room. He tells Viren the time of the surgery tomorrow and then his phone rings. It’s Inder so Virat has to leave.
As soon as Virat comes out of the room he finds Inder standing there. Inder questions Virat but Virat says he made a mistake in entering the wrong room. Inder leaves.
Maanvi wakes up and asks Beeji about where Jeevika is. Virat enters and Maanvi asks her where Jeevika is. Virat ensures she will be there but Maanvi is concerned when Jeevika will come.
Jeevika wakes up with Maanvi’s name. She sees the time, gets of bed in pain and changes her clothes. She then wakes Viren up.
VirIka leave to see Maanvi before the transplant. They go outside to see the entire family there and rush to their ward again to hide.
Dr enters Maanvi ward but Maanvi refuses the surgery because Jeevika isn’t there. Viren calls Virat but Virat cannot answer the phone.
Eventually the family moves away. Maanvi is meanwhile telling noone to sign the necessary papers because she wants Jeevika to sign them.
Virat takes VirIka to Maanvi.
Maanvi is really happy to see Jeevika. Jeevika signs the papers and Maanvi is taken into the OT room.
The Dr tells Maanvi the operation will take 4-6 hours and she needs to be strong.
Jeevika is in pain. SB comes to her and tells her to eat something for her kid. Jeevika gets emotional and looks at Viren.
Jeevika tells Viren when they’re along that Jeevika should tell everyone about the abortion. Viren and Virat disagree.
Suddenly a nurse runs out to get something for Maanvi’s low blood pressure.
Jeevika prays to Mata that Maanvi wins against cancer. The entire family is really worried.
Dr Mehra comes out after a little while. His face is tense. He then tells everyone that the operation was successful.
Everyone is REALLY HAPPY.
Viren goes to Jeevika and tells her that everything is okay now. Jeevika is so happy! (KD’s expression is perfect!)

Precap: VirIka are on their car ride back home and Jeevika is saying that now Maanvi is totally fine and it is about time that they told everyone the truth. Viren agrees.
