Diya Aur Baati Hum 14th September 2012 Written Update

SurYa scene. Sandhya sees pin stuck to Suraj’s hands and blood. She asks him how it happened. He says she was about to step on it so he put his hand over it and injured. She scolds him why did he do so as he could just told her and he says there was no time to tell as he was busy seeing her. She tells him to come out and he hits his head and Sandhya helps him to come out. She tends to the wound and Suraj first cries out in pain and then says as soon as Sandhya touched his hand, he has no pain now and he says it is true and holding her hands. Sandhya smiles and tells him he is getting late for the shop. He then goes, pauses and turns back and says “Wo Ai Ni” both in words and symbols and says thanks. Both smile and he leaves for the shop. Suraj has left his mobile and it rings. Sandhya attends the call. Police call her to the station regarding Chathuri’s case.

Sandhya goes to the police station. DSP tells her that they have got some information about Chathuri and tells the pen drive which Sandhya gave them had some confidential files which has been decoded by cyber police. According to the information, terrorists have planned an attack on the temple on ekadashi day and they will leave Chathuri around 10:10 a.m. near the temple. Sandhya is worried why only Chathuri in whole Pushkar. DSP assures her that Chathuri will be safe and not to panic. Sandhya tells she has complete faith on Indian police system and praises them for their work. DSP thanks her for those words and says usually people blame police for anything wrong that happens. He then tells her to not reveal these things to anyone, not even her husband. They told her as it was related to Chathuri so that she can convey them any information she gets to know about Chathuri immediately.

Meena is returning from temple. Some woman sees her. Meena thinks that woman might have seen her with Chathuri in the temple and has recognized her after seeing Chathuri’s missing poster. She then runs from there and that woman also chasing her. Meena comes running and closes the main door of the house. While she is relaxing, Bhabho scolds her from behind. She asks her whether she went to temple or running. Meena excuses saying as she is pregnant, she is short of breath with even walking. Someone knocks the door and Meena is scared to open. Bhabho taunts her to open the door. It is the same lady who chased Meena and Meena is scared more but that lady asks Meena why did she run and she wanted to give her money for the sarees she bought from their shop. Meena is relieved and takes the money from her and is counting. Bhabho remembers that she needs to buy ghee and was about to ask Suraj for money and then takes money from Meena for that purpose. Meena is blaming herself for having to give the money to Bhabho.

Sandhya is returning and is in thoughts on the way. She is thinking about the letter, then Chathuri’s phone call to Suraj’s new mobile number and how someone is watching their actions and she is missing something in front of her. Just then, RK and Chotu are coming from tailor’s shop. Chotu stops Sandhya and shows her his dress. She is not seeing anything and lost in thoughts. RK sees her and thinks to himself how much ever she thinks, she cannot find out about him.

Bhabho doing some work and looking at the door. Meena drying clothes in the balcony. Sandhya returns to the house and Bhabho scolds her for not taking care of her Bhabhi. She asks where she had gone and Sandhya remembers DSP’s words to not tell anyone. Suraj comes there and asks whether she had gone to police station as he got a call from them. Sandhya is not answering anything and Bhabho asks whether they found out Chathuri and Meena blurts out did they find Chathuri. Just then, Chotu comes there saying police are coming to their shop. All go to shop.

Some policemen are speaking to each shops and enquiring about has any new person joined their shop or relocated to that area within the last three months and if so, to inform them. They come to Suraj’s shop and ask the same thing. Pappuda tells RK came just last month. Police tell them not to be scared and it is small enquiry for their good. Meena seeing this from the window thinks that if she helps RK in this issue, she would benefit from it. Suraj, Bhabho, Sandhya, Vikram all come to the shop. Suraj says RK is a good guy. Bhabho agrees with it and says he is like her son. Police say they are not arresting anyone, they are just enquiring and asks RK to come to the station. Vikram says he gives full guarantee to RK and Suraj is also defending RK while Sandhya says to Suraj that what police are saying is correct.

Precap: In the police station, many people like RK who have relocated to the area within the last three months are standing in a queue for enquiry. RK is also there. Sandhya comes running and says to the inspector that Chathuri has been found, she is unconscious and admitted to the hospital.
