Love Marriage Ya Arranged Marriage 10th September 2012 Written Update

The episode starts and Shivani is sitting at the dinning table talking to her employee and giving instructions to her. Devyani comes and scolds the employee and sends her off, Shivani tells her sister that she has a lot of work to do because she has to arrange for 2 weddings, Divya reminds her of her wedding which is to take place the next day. Just then Shivani’s mother joins them too and asks why Shivani still isn’t ready to which Shivani says that Sahil will call when they leave but they are waiting for Mansi as it is. Just then Sahil calls and Shivani runs away to talk to him.

Shivani and Sahil are on the phone. Shivani says that it’s all happened ’cause of the God to which Sahil starts teasing her that was it God who had fought with Sahil’s mother? And was it God who had left his own brothers wedding to get married in the court? Shivani then asks him whether Mansi is coming along or no to which Sahil says that ofcourse she is coming and that without her these days not even a leaf moves. Shivani tells Sahil that it was decided earlier in their lives that Mansi will wear the dress Shivani had given her and that Shivani will get Mehndi applied by Mansi. Sahil starts joking around again and says that it’s going to be such a dramatic scene where Mansi – his bhabhi will be applying mehndi on his wife’s hand with music playing in the background. Sahil then starts singing “Mehndi Laga Key Rakhna” The actual starts playing in the background, with Sahil shown as lip-singing it and Shivani is blushing. All of a sudden Sahil’s mother is shown standing outside Sahil’s door looking at him with anger while he has his face away from the door.

Everyone in shown in the hall of Sahil’s house buzzing with excitement, Mansi gets there and asks where Sahil’s mother is to which Anoop standing close by calls her over and tells her that she has again said that she won’t go to which Mansi replies that she had thought everything was okay. Anoop says he thought the same but it’s not like that. Mansi asks him whether he has spoken to his mother, Anoop says that he hasn’t but Bua has and she didn’t say anything in regards to going. Mansi starts telling him that he should have spoken to his mother himself as he is the older son and she would listen to him. Anoop snaps at her and tells her whether she will talk or not to which Mansi says that she will talk to him. Anoop says thankyou and walks away. Mansi stands there for a while longer and thinks back to what her own bhabhi – Tara – said about how Mansi will have to differentiate between her friend and the in-laws.

Mansi sees her mother-in-law sitting in the mandir of the house and she goes there and talks to her and says that she finds peace in this area of the house and that this is the only place in the house that she can find the right answers in to which her mother-in-law says that it’s also that the closer she gets to finding the answers, the harder it gets. Mansi tells her that her grandmother used to tell her that the answers to all the questions are in their heart. Mother-in-law then says that wouldn’t this mean that the ones closer to her heart, the answers would be easier to find. Mansi says that she knows that Sahil has done a wrong thing and he probably wouldn’t even realize it right now but he is her son after all. Her mother-in-law tells her that she is growing even fonder and the trust is growing on Mansi only because she is so much stronger and right with her opinions. She then tells Mansi that she will come along to Shivani’s house.

Anoop and Mansi share a moment of eyelocking after which Mansi tells him that mother-in-law is coming along, and Anoop thanks her and walks away. Mansi stands there smiling to herself.

Anoop and his family enter Shivani’s house. Anoop introduces everyone to Shivani’s parents at the door. The family sits down and Bua asks where Shivani is to which her mother says that she is getting ready, Shivani’s mother tells Mansi to check how long Shivani will be ready in. Anoop’s mother says that how will Mansi know about Shivani’s room to which Shivani’s mother says that there is nothing to be worried about, Mansi will find her room by herself. Shivani’s father tells Anoop’s mother that they should forget the past and focus on the future and let the bygones be bygones. Anoop’s mother says that they don’t have to think about the future of the kids as they have decided what they want and what they don’t want themselves. Bua then says that the guests list will have to be prepared and that Sahil’s mother always wanted to do a huge event for her but even a smaller event is okay. Drinks are served and Anoop’s mother says that she doesn’t feel like eating/drinking at the moment. Anoop steps in and says that she doesn’t need to worry about the food and to keep it on the table. Shivani then walks in and Bua compliments her on her dressing and her daughter-in-law says that she is Sahil’s choice afterall. Anoop’s mother then moves forward to give her the jewelry that she had bought for Shivani. Shivani notices that the mother doesn’t look very happy and she gets sad too. Shivani’s father then says that it’s a great co-incidence that the two friends are going in the same house. Anoop’s mother is shocked then and asks that they both know each other to which Shivani’s father says that knowing each other would be an understatement, the two are like sisters and that Devyani doesn’t know Shivani as much as Mansi does. Anoop’s mother is shocked and the episode ends on a panicked Mansi’s face.

Precap: Mansi and all the females of the house are about to leave for Shivani’s house when Anoop’s mother stops her and says that Prabha (bua) and everyone else will go and that Mansi should stay back.
