Kuch Toh Log Kahenge 10th September 2012 Written Update

The new intern is constantly following Ashu around, totally lovestruck. Ashu goes to see Amar who seems to be missing Nidhi much to the former’s displeasure. Amar tries to pretend he is still unwell. Ashu doesn’t seem to buy this. Just then, Nidhi comes and Amar’s face light up immediately while Ashu is furious as Nidhi pampers him. AshNi get into a small, cute bicker which results in everyone leaving the room except the moony-eyed Amar.

Nidhi asks Dr. Ahana (that’s her name!) back for her cake and they get into a catfight which results in spoiling of the cake. Nidhi once again tries to brainwash Ahana against Ashu. She asks her to serve Ashu karela since he loves it.

Ahana falls in the trap and insists on serving Ashu. Ashu is appalled as Ahana piles his plate with karela. Nidhi is having a gala time and Ashu plays along saying he loves karela which shocks Nidhi. Ashu completely ignores her and has lunch with Ahana. Nidhi is determined to get back at him for this.

Amar is dreaming about Nidhi’s gifts to him. Just then a man, who happens to be his brother, comes to visit him and asks him to leave since it’s dangerous; their enemies have found him here. He figures that Amar has fallen for Nidhi’s beauty and brushes it off as ridiculous. Amar tells him Nidhi is very nice and got him a cake too. His elder brother decides to make his brother happy by getting Nidhi for him. Amar doesn’t want him to do anything wrong and his brother has to talk to Nidhi directly.

He finds her talking to RN and once she’s done, he straightaway approaches her. But before he can come to the point, he sees the police coming and says he’ll talk to her later. The police comes to Nidhi and says that they have the permission to talk to Amar.

Nidhi takes the police to Amar’s room for questioning and warns them not to pressurise since her patient still hasn’t recovered fully. Amar wants Nidhi to stay but she says it is not appropriate for her to witness this legal matter and waits outside.

The police question Amar about his background. They ask about ‘Bajranj Tiwari’ who is a goon and Amar seems to be discomforted at this. He tries to get out of it but the police is grilling him and questioning about his shootout. Amar shouts and hearing this, Nidhi immediately rushes inside and sends the police away. Ashu listens to the argument between Nidhi and the police.

In Ashu’s cabin, Ashu and the police discuss Amar but no one can say anything about him for sure.
Amar’s brother is determined to get him out of the hospital but is aware that he won’t leave without Nidhi. He decides to talk to Nidhi and make her agree.

Ashu and RN also discuss about Amar’s suspicious character. Ashu is worried that a criminal might be using their hospital as a shelter from the law. On Ashu’s orders, RN agrees to get Amar’s tests done and if possible, discharge him.

At night, Anji calls Nidhi asking about Ahana and Ashu. Nidhi tells her Ashu isn’t getting affected. Anji thinks Ashu might have deciphered her plan. She senses Nidhi is upset. But before they can carry on their conversation, the nurse gives Nidhi Amar’s reports much to the latter’s surprise.

Nidhi gives Amar’s reports to Ashu in his cabin. She wants to confront him about the tests but he just walks away to Amar’s room. Amar claims to be feeling better and Ashu checks him up. He informs him that he is in perfect health and will be discharged in the morning. Amar is shocked at this and Ashu informs him that this is a hospital and not a hotel. Despite his protests, Ashu makes it clear that he will have to leave in the morning.

When they’re alone, Amar asks Nidhi if she wants him to be discharged. Nidhi says he will have to if he is well. Amar begs her not to leave him because if she does, she’ll have to come back. Nidhi blasts him for this inappropriate behaviour and makes it clear that he holds no special place in her heart; he is just a patient. Amar apologises for this but he is clearly upset. Nidhi, still furious, forgives him and asks him to sleep.

Nidhi leaves hospital and is about to get in her car when she notices Ashu hasn’t left yet. Meanwhile, someone is keeping an eye on her.

Precap: Priyanka and Ahana are with Amar but he wants Nidhi.
Ashu asks Sister to send Nidhi to his cabin but is informed that she isn’t here yet. This puzzles him and he decides to check upon her.
