Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain 4th September 2012 Written Update

Viren asks Jeevika whether she is aware of what she is saying? She is asking to kill their unborn child? How could she take such a big decision alone? How could she have possibly forgotten that the unborn baby in her womb is equally his as much as hers? Jeevika responds that it’s the reason why she is pleading to him to give in to this because there is no other hope of saving Manvi!

Viren retorts that he too cares for Manvi as much as she does but why is she thinking of killing one small baby to save another? Being a mother how can such a thought even cross her mind? Jeevika says that Manvi too is her baby and she cannot afford losing Manvi at any cost. They’re both crying but Viren finally speaks up that he will not let her kill their baby. NEVER. He leaves the room while Jeevika calls out to him.

Viren is then seated at the staircase late in the night recalling about Jeevika’s words. He is shocked and sad about her thoughts. Manvi comes and tells him that she is very much aware of what he is thinking about- she continues that it’s all her fault because Jeevika is taking excessive care of her, and hence ignoring Chutki and her Jiju as well. Jeevika is wrong and Manvi totally understands Viren’s plight.

Viren is still numb as he feels sorry for Manvi. He tells Manvi that she shouldn’t ever that she is not important to them and that they will neglect her. She needs care and they will do everything to save her. Viren and Manvi share an emotional talk and hug. (Loved this scene!) Viren is left in dilemma.

Precap- Jeevika says she has to carry out her decision as soon as possible. Decision of aborting her baby. Manvi overhears this and is shocked.
