Saas Bina Sasural 3rd September 2012 Written Update

~Smiley tells Tej that she loves him and didn’t think it would ever happen but it did and it could be because she saw how much Tej and Toasty loved each other and looking at the way Tej loved Toasty, she always wished that she would such a husband. She says I know that you probably will never love me but I understand that and my love will be enough for the both of us. Tej says Toasty was right..you are a nice girl and the guy that gets to be your life partner is very lucky…I’m not that guy. I can’t marry you. (I feel bad for Smiley 🙁 The CVs could have avoided this just by not having her fall in love with him :/ Bechaari <3) ~The family is questioning Tej as to how he can refuse to get married now and how he could play with Smiley's life like this and it's a matter of her life. Tej says it's a matter of my life too and I can't get married. Pashu asks for a reason why he can't and Tej tells them that his first wife is still alive. Everyone thinks he has gone crazy and Pitaji says why would Sudha lie about her own daughter passing away and why would she be trying to get her damaad married when her daughter is still alive? Sudha says haan, why would I do that? Tej says that's what I'm trying to figure out is why are you doing all this and why won't you tell me where Toasty is so I can meet her? Sudha says Toasty has passed away. Everyone continues to say this and Tej says Toasty is alive and I can prove it. Pashu tells him to do so. Tej grabs Sudha's phone and says the last call on this phone was with Toasty and that Sudha and Lalit are in touch with Toasty and talk to her everyday. He puts it on the table and puts it on speaker phone so everyone can hear. ~Toasty is shown in an ashram (Aiiissshhh!!!!! <3 <3 Oh my God, I missed her soo much <3) and chanting "Om" She gets disturbed by the phone call and picks it up saying "Hello?" The C's are all shocked and Tej's expression is like 'I knew it!' He says Toasty? and Toasty is shocked and hangs up the phone. Tej tells everyone see!! You heard her voice, don't you all recognize her voice? Everyone is still in shock when Toasty calls back, covering up the mic on the phone and speaking in a different voice (that totally isn't Aish's...it's the voice of that voice double and they're making it seem like it's Toasty's made up voice >.< ) She pretends to be a different girl that knows Sudha and Lalit and asks how everyone is to Lalit and to take care of Sudha and that she has another patient to look after. After hanging up, Lalit explains that "the girl" was Sudha's psychiatrist who is helping Sudha get over Toasty's death and that is why they put the number under Toasty's name. Tej is quiet but isn't buying it but the rest of the C's do and Pitaji says see! He tells Tej that the wedding will happen tomorrow and that is his final word. Tej is irritated and he goes back to his room. ~Tej is talking frustratedly to Toasty's pictures and saying that was you...I know it was you..I heard your voice! How can I not recognize your voice? What are you doing, Toasty? What are you going to get from staying far from me? If you think what you're doing is best for me or that I will be happier this way then you are wrong, I am in a lot of pain. How can I be happy without you, Toasty? How!? (Ravi's acting is too brilliant, yaar <3 I'm going to miss him as Tej so much :'( ) ~Smiley comes in and asks him if he really thinks that was Toasty and Tej says I don't think, I know that was Toasty...I heard her voice and there's no way I can't recognize her voice. Smiley says then I believe you and I'll help you in finding Toasty. Tej says really? How? Smiley says we can trace Toasty's number. She tells him that she will get the number from Sudha some way but then they need someone they can trust who will trace the number for them. Tej says that he has a friend they can go to. ~Next day, Tej and Smiley leave making an excuse to Pashu that they are going to the tailor for Tej's sherwaani fitting. Later in the day, Smiley's mother arrives and meets with Dadaji, Pitaji, Pashu, Malti, and Shobha. She leaves saying she has to meet up with Sudha for some shopping but then she'll be back soon by which time Smiley should be back too. After she leaves, Dadaji says Chedi, you're lucky that you've gotten all good samdhans so far. Chedi, who is standing next to Shobha, looks at her says all!?!?, shakes his head and leaves ~Tej's friend says that his brother works for a telecom company and can help them. He calls his brother to ask him and leaves the room. Meanwhile, Smiley asks Tej that she knows he thinks this is Toasty. Tej says I don't think, i know for sure that it is Toasty. Smiley says 99% it is Toasty but there can still be a 1% that it isn't, right? Tej says what are you trying to say? Smiley says are you going to tell all the family members that you're going to bring Toasty back and raise their hopes like that? What if you don't find her? Tej says that he won't tell the family and will tell them only have he has found his Toasty. His friend comes back and tells him that he's found it and gives Tej the name of the ashram that Toasty is at and that it is on the Mumbai-Pune expressway. Tej thanks him. His friend gets another call and leaves the room and Tej is smiling at the post-it-note and says I found her. Smiley tells him to go bring Toasty and she will head back home and handle everyone. Tej hugs her and Smiley is happy but tears up a little and wipes her tear away...Tej lets go and tells her that she is a really good friend. He says he should get going and leaves. Smiley raises her hand in a bye but Tej is already gone.

Pre-Cap: Toasty is in front of a mirror in her cabin at the ashram and is either putting on her mangalsutra or trying to tie her dori (her hair is covering her neck/back so I can’t tell ) Tej arrives at the ashram and asks about Toasty describing her as a tall girl and says she is my wife…the man says is she skinny? and Tej says yes and the man points out a cabin and says she stays there. Tej goes running to the cabin and opens the door and looks inside and is shocked/stunned. (It better be Toasty’s cabin and Toasty or else..)
