Maanvi, Virat , Viren & Jeevika are at the hospital where the Doctor is informing them about the Donor.. Just then The Donor walks in and Maanvi gawks at him , bowled by his looks and gives a mischievous looks at Virat who clearly is feeling jealous !! .. A naughty Maanvi is thrilled to get he marrow from such a handsome donor …

Rajat and Maanvi engage in small talks with Rajat being decently flirtatious …Virat enters into the conversation and informs Rajat that he is Maanvi’s partner for life… All leave Doctors room and head to the Chemo and Transplant wings .. when suddenly ..A family rushes in with a Kid who was involved in a accident …There are no doctors to attend to the little boy , Maanvi graciously informs the Doctor to care for the Child and informs him that the Chemo and transplant can begin tomorrow too, Doctor tells the nurse to do cross blood matching of Maanvi and Rajat ..Viren and jeevika appreciate the gesture of Maanvi…

Rajat comes out and Maanvi and Rajat indulge in small talks where it comes to light that Rajat’s mom had died 7 years back for lack of donor and ever since then he always wanted to help cancer victims..Maanvi is touched and vows to pass on the help that she has recieved if she comes out successfully..

Meanwhile Viren leaves for the reception and enquire about the scheduling for the Chemo…Jeevika is troubled by the omens and wonders why Maanvi’s transplant is getting delayed..Maanvi heads to the Nurse’s console and asks Sister to do Blood match of both Rajat and Maanvi..The sister assures Jeevika that the Marrow match is 5/6 and there is no need for cross checking of blood … Jeevika hesitantly walks out and discovers that Maanvi is not waiting outside, Jeevika decides to cal Maanvi to enquire about her location when her Mobile falls down, she bends down to pick up her phone when she notices Lord Ganesh .. Jeevika gets zapped and wonders whether God is trying to tell something, She Approaches the God and prays for the well being of Maanvi and turns only to encounter an obstacle blocking her path and not allowing her to move away ..Jeevika begins to worry about the signs .. and just at the moment , Rajat comes out…Jeevika , without wasting a moment, requests him for blood and tissue match test..Rajat assents to it ..

The Vadera’s and the Would be Vadera head back to the house where Maanvi is lavished with love and care by everyone !!

Next Morning finds the quartet back in the hospital ..Maanvi is taken to the room while Rajat is taken to the place where Marrow can be grafted…Jeevika remembers about the test , She rushes to the nurses room all the time worried about the time factor.. She receives a news that is quite negative , Jeevika is stunned to hear it and looks at the time …To her horror it is the time when Maanvi will be wheeled into the room for transplant

On the other side, Maanvi is asking Virat to tell Jeevika not to be worried and we see Jeevika hurrying towards the room where Maanvi is ..
