Court room : P continues with her PBJ… calls 1st witness Sarvan to the stand… he is Pys and L neighbour… known them for years… says L was a very bad man… used to beat up Pys… ill treated her… left her alone and lived with another woman for years… then when that woman ran away he went back to Pys.. wanted her income.. P calls Pys as her 2nd witness… she too tells her story with lots of gesturing and tears… P says on that day too, L wanted Pys to come with him, but she was reluctant… L grabbed Shakti’s gun and threatened to shoot himself and the accident happened.. the Prosecutor laywer objects.. says P is twisting the facts… P gives post mortem report to Judge, which said that the gunshot was made at very close range and L fingers had gunpowder on them… Judge says its seems to be case of suicide… Prosecutor still protests says why no one in TN tried to stop him… P calls 3rd witness… L’s father… he says my son was a mad man.. capable of doing anything .. tells Judge that Pys is a good woman and my son treated her terribly… P concludes her statement … says that L was mentally unstable.. he wanted Pys to live with him but she was reluctant.. he tried to force her with the gun… all the TN members tried to stop him, but he shot himself… Judge declares that L committed suicide and declares Thakurs as innocent… all happy smiling at P.. including KN… K looking proud… SS blesses her..
TN : Morning…Ksr giving incense fumes to TN hall… tells servant to get ganga jal as she wants to purify the entire house… says L’s evil spirit may be lurking in TN… laments to GD and asks her why all bad things happening in TN.. Pys comes to TN, looking sad and subdued… GD tells her to stay away from kitchen till 13 days mourning period is over… she nods… Smr asks Ksr for somthg to eat, she goes in kitchen.. P comes rushing out of her room , followed by K who tells her to stop and have her breakfast. she refuses says she is late for court… K insists that she eat and hands her a rolled up roti… she eats.. K tells her that they will have a big party for P’s success in the court… P refuses, feeling embarrassed… K then tells her to make him her assistant and he will help her in the vakil work… Kml watching all this dirama, looking perturbed… tells K sarcastically that he sure loves his wife very much… K agrees and links his arm with P’s arm.. both leave TN..
Next, KN about to leave for work… Ksr tells him to have B’fast before he leaves…KN looking at her smilingly… agrees and sits at table, tells Ksr that he likes when she is ordering him about.. Kml annoyed… she is sarcastic with KN and asks him that since when he is behaving lovingly towards his wife and acting like Baba.. KN says I cannot help falling in love..as Ksr looking more and more beautiful day by day… Ksr perturbed with Kml’sbehaviour…
Allahabad : K and P outside a mall… K wants to give a gift to P for winning her first case.. P refuses as she is getting late for court.. K insists and tells her to buy jewellery.. P refuses says I don’t want jewellery, but she will accept a sari which K chooses.. both go to sari shop.. K talking loudly and creating mini-ruckus in shop.. tells the sales person that he wants the most expensive sari… all staring at him.. P tells K to control himself… K chooses a bright red sari with heavy border… P wants a light coloured simple sari.. both argue.. K asks some lady shoppers about the sari… they agree with K and say the red colour will suit P very well.. the ladies tell P that you are very lucky to have a loving husband… lady asks K whether theirs is a love marriage or arranged marriage.. K says its love marriage on his side and arranged on P’s side… Lady puzzled… K says if I try to explain, it will turn into a TV serial… P gives up and buys the red sari…
TN kitchen : Kml asks Ksr for something to eat for chinki as she is hungry… Ksr says dinner time is still far away, nothing is ready.. however if you want to prepare something for Chinki you are welcome to do it… Ksr annoyed.. says you have learnt a lot from P, now yr behaving like her.. Ksr too annoyed.. she tells Kml why u provoking yr brother against me.. tells Kml not to interfere bet husb and wife.. Kml stunned.. says how dare u speak to me like this.. I will complain to Shakti bhai and he will give u good prasadi.. Ksr says now the days of me getting prasadi are over.. with great difficulty I have come to this position.. now KN and I are happy together.. tells Kml you are jealous bec your husband is no more and you are all alone.. warns Kml that she is a guest here in her maika… tells her to live like a guest and go back to her home.. if Kml tries to act smart, she will regret it.. Ksr walks off.. Kml looking shocked..
