Pratigya 30th July 2012 Written Update

K calls P who is dressed in Lawyer’s gown and at court tells P what all happened at TN and that Lochan killed himself and the police have asked for everyone to come to the station as its become a police matter..P is shocked and scene moves back to TN

SS refuses to go with the police and reminds him that SS has the influence and to think twice before arresting him..KN also threatens the police officer but the officer says that his hands are tied and has to follow procedure..K agrees with the police officer by saying that they all have to go to the station. SS tells the officer that women will not go but the Officer says that all have to go with him..SS says to GD that she will finally get to see the life from the other side…All TN get into the van…

THE COURT ROOM DRAMA

They reach the courts and GD berates her life by saying that she is alive to see all this..Kesar blames P for encouraging Pisaya to stay and not leave with her husband..KN is upset for not doing something sooner with Lochan..Pisaya takes the blame for not going with Lachon and bringing trouble to TN..She seeks forgiveness…K tells the family that it is good that P was not at home or nobody would be able to help them out..K spots P from a distance..

At the police station, SS demands the women to be let off and let him and the officer sort the matter but the officer brings out the law saying that without proof that Lauchan killed himself, all are suspects of his killing…He reminds SS that Lauchon died in TN with KN gun..K has had enough by saying that every single person has given the same statement as to what has happened and therefore why would we all lie..He also says that it was not a property dispute but a domestic issue between their servant and her husband..K also goes on to say that Lauchon was an abuser and Pisaya refused to return home to her abuser..The officer understands what K is saying but tries to explain to them that the law looks at all possibilities and has to find the truth as to why Lauchon died..They have to be certain that Lauchon was not pushed to his death…K says that he already was in that frame of mind

P tries to calm K down by saying that Police are right and they have to do their investigation

At Courtroom Drama

The Prosecutor tries to paint a picture that KN is responsible for the shooting but SS tells him that he should respect his profession and not make a mockery of the truth…P gets up for the defence and tells the court that she too agrees with the prosecutor that Lauchon died in TN with KN gun…KN is not pleased and tells K whether she has decided to take her revenge on him at court only..K tries to calm KN down..

Green House

Kartik comes to GH to take Prof to the bank…Chinky refuses to go to school..Komal scolds Chinky and tells her to behave and go to school as usual..Chinky is stubborn and tells that she will only go if Kartik drops her..Kartik agrees to go with Chinky…Komal tells Prof to go with them..Prof agrees…Chinky leaves with PRof and KArtik

At school Chinky refuses to enter the school premises unless Kartik picks her up once school ends..Kartik agrees to Chinky demands…At school some girls tease Chinky by saying that her father is dead and that Kartik is not her father…Chinky tells the girls she will prove to them that Kartik is her father..

At the end of school, Chinky waits for Kartik..The girls again tease her by saying that she has no father and that Chinky was lying that her father will pick her up..Komal comes to pick Chinky up…A couple of minutes later KArtik too comes and Chinky runs to him and starts to address him a papa..Both KOmal and Kartik become uncomfortable..

At home, Komal scolds Chinky about her recent behaviour…Arushi defends CHinky by scolding Komal and reminding her that CHinky is just a kid…Prof too tells Komal that Chinky does not understand what she is saying and suggest Komal to go to TN a few days with CHinky…Komal agrees to go…She calls her home but gets no response…She then calls P and P tells that all of TN are police station..Komal is shocked…

PRECAP – The court proceedings are happening and P provides some fresh evidence..The prosecutor blames P for twisting the truth..
