Episode starts from all family mourning for nimrits death. People are coming to pay their condolences.
Mummji is crying and agham comes and sends everyone off saying nimrit is alive and to leave. He drags people out. Mummyji ends up slapping him because he is not listening and agham is shattered and looks at ninrits photo.
Oberoi is with the doctor who says her hip bone is broken and face is totally damaged including voice box. They have called a surgeon from abroad to carry out plastic surgery on nimrit and give her a new look. Theygo to nimrit who says she wishes to die and why did oberoi save her. Oberoi consoles her and says she has to live for her love. Nimrit says she will live for agham and oberoi asks her name and she says nimrit.
The doctor removes nimrits bandages and all are horrified to see her face. While agham recieved nimrits gift an gets happy. He says nimrit is alive. He opens the gift and its a blazer. He loves it and with it is a tape. Tej plays it and nimrit voice is recorded and aska agham to try it he will look handsome in it. He tries it on and nimrit asks him to go listen to the tape alone so he leaves with the gift and tape .
At hospital nimrit says theres no hope but oberoi and doctor says its not impossible and we will give you a new face but we need your support. Nimrit says she has to get well soon for her aghamji. There agham ihas worn nimrits gift and is looking at her picture. Nimrits recorded voice says they are going on candle light dinner and he must know what that is by now. She asks for her gift and he brings out a saree. She says i will wear whatever you buy and then says she loves him even if she dies and that he has to promise to stay happy even after her. Agham is in tears and saying what have you asked ninrit how can i be happy without you.
Nimrit is taken into the operation theatre and oberoi is waiting outside. Operation is successful and doctor says i cant wait to see you face now nimrit.
