Tiwari’s flat
The episode starts with Roop and Sobha overhearing Shukla’s plans to assasinate Swetha. Accidentally having stumbled upon such a murky piece of news, the two women are now terrified. Fearing for their safety, they decide to leave the place silently. However, in doing so, Sobha trips on a utensil and the sound alerts both Shukla and Tiwari. Having caught the two sneaky women in their act, Tiwari openly threatens them regarding the consequences of their actions. Trembling in dread, the ladies make up an excuse that they had only come to the terrace for a stroll. Promising the men that they had overheard nothing, the mother-daughter duo slip away from the scene as soon as they could.
Shukla is not happy considering the possibility that the two ladies could have listened into their conversation.
However, Tiwari pacifies his brother-in-law ‘These ladies can do us no harm…if there is one person in this world who can be an obstacle in your path, it’s Sanchi… and she doesn’t know anything!’

Mehek is surprised to learn of the truth from Sanchi – that this time, Indu was indeed innocent!
A grave Sanchi updates Mehek on all that she had learnt lately ‘Indu Singh only kidnapped Swetha… the murder attempts have been carried out by Shukla…Shukla has used Indu as a pawn in his game… Shukla is the real culprit! Now that I know the truth, I’ll make sure Swetha gets her share of justice’
Jail
Resting on the seat, Indu becomes furious as his friends inform him of Dasrath Shukla’s denial to loan him the 1 Lakh. Staring through the bars of the prison, he tightens his fist in rage, exposing the veins in his forearms. Hopping off the concrete platform, he angrily mocks Shukla by miming him ‘What did he say…that he’d do anything for me…let me get out once.. and then I’ll teach him a lesson…for now, just tell him that Indu Singh is not dead yet… only locked in…’
Saddened by the plight of their leader, Indu’s friends request him to advice them on the next course of action. They assure Indu that they’d do everything in their power to get him out and that they needed no one else’s assistance for it.
Engrossed in a myriad of thoughts, Indu continues listening to the supportive words of his gang as he returns to seat himself on the platform. Staring into oblivion, he finally speaks out ‘I’ve already thought of what I plan to do… this was not what I wanted, but now I have no other go…’

Sanchi speaks to the subconcious girl – comforting her that she had now discovered the whole truth. Sympathetically holding Swetha’s hand, Sanchi goes on to explain how she knew who had driven Swetha to commit suicide. Sanchi concludes her words of encouragement by promising that she’d have Shukla imprisoned for his deeds.
The valiant words seem to have had an effect on the comatose girl – a drop of tear falls down from her shut eyes.
Sanchi and Mehek are genuinely elated to see this small, yet promising improvement in her health ‘Our words are reaching out to her… she will get well soon’
Jail
Whispering through the iron bars of his cell, Indu softly pleads his friends ‘Please make some sort of an arrangement, so that I shall be able to escape from here…’ aware of the alarmed expression on Guddu’s face, the helpless Indu tries convincing them ‘In order to prove my innocence, this is one crime that I am forced to commit…just this once…as long as I am stuck in here.. my hands are tied…’
Observing their worried silence, Indu justifies himself ‘Don’t be so apprehensive… I know that you are worried that in order to prove myself innocent, I am perpetrating yet another crime…but once I get out the entire truth will be out too…’ stylishly leaning forward against the bars of his cell, Indu admits spitefully ‘And then I have to fulfill a lot of relationships too…Mamaji…Guruji…(Was I glad, he didn’t take Sanchi’s name here! Phew!) I’ll ensure that there will be a bloodbath…they will beg for mercy, but will get none…’

Brusquely standing up from Swetha’s side, a perturbed Sanchi turns to Mehek . Her conscience plaguing her, Sanchi takes the rare step of acknowledging her poor judgement in the matter ‘Mehek…this time I have committed a big mistake in understanding Indu Singh… blinded by the pangs of hatred, I failed to see him as anything beyond an enemy…I forgot that he could also be speaking the truth…I should have trusted him earlier on…’ she pauses intensely ‘First thing tomorrow morning… I will have to work towards releasing him from prison…’ Having confessed her concerns to her friend, Sanchi looks on pensively.
Jail
Indu is impatiently prancing about in his cell, waiting for the arrival of his friends when the group eventually storm into the prison with boxes of sweets.
Showing the prison inspector and guards their barfis and laddoos, they let the officer know that it was their leader’s birthday and that they wanted to celebrate it with him.
Though their requests are initially refused, they manage to convince the officer after a while, by begging and pleading him over and over.
Impressed and touched by his friend’s efforts, Indu smiles to himself in his cell, as the inspector grants them 10 minutes to revel and party!
After cutting a delicious cake to the tell tale tune of ‘Happy Birthday to you’ Indu starts distributing the pieces to his friends.
Watching the ongoing celebrations, the constables are not happy (don’t know if it was because of the celebrations or because they were not being offered the cake!)
Once his friends gulp down the cake, Indu then takes a piece and humbly rushes forth to the inspector to offer it to him. The officer sheepishly refuses the offer stating that he was on duty and that such things were not the norm.
However, utilizing some of the enticing charm that he possessed, Indu kneels close to him ‘My mother addresses me as lalla…and you are also Lalla/Bhalla (couldn’t catch his name properly)…so now, you are like my brother right?’
Mildly embarrassed by the reference to a random emotional bonding, the inspector finally agrees to the accept the piece. No sooner, Indu’s friends begin distributing the sweets to the remaining police constables in the prison too.
Witnessing the group now commencing to force the constables with second and third helpings, the inspector becomes slightly suspicious of their intentions.
Hence, When Rajjo approaches the inspector with a laddoo, he forces Rajjo to have the laddoo first. Only assured after watching Rajjo swallow the sweet, the man goes on to help himself to one too.
In no time all the police men in the station succumb to the sedative drugs in the sweets and fall down unconscious.
Kissing the laddoo in his hand, Indu compliments his friends ‘Guys…you have really made me happy today…’
His friends chip in joyously ‘Now no one’s going to wake up till tomorrow morning…’ ‘They are all fast asleep…’
Indu mischeivously clicks his tongue ‘Till tomorrow morning everything will be q..q..quiet!’
Saying so, they all laugh in unison
Swiftly interrupting their short-lived jubilation, Indu then reminds them that they still had plenty to do. Just as they are about to leave, they spot their friend Rajjoo fast asleep too.
Nodding his head unhappily, Indu rebukes the sleepy boy ‘Silly fool… had to taste the laddoo…come on …carry him…let’s leave’
Just as the boys try to lift their unconscious friend, one of the policemen wakes up groggily. However, even before the policeman could come to his full senses, Indu approaches him with a sweet smile and yet another ladoo, successfully putting him back to sleep again.
Mathur’s
Looking spectacular in a white salwar, Sanchi rushes about to leave from home, when her mother stops to her to give her the arthi. Giving her daughter her blessings, Veena wishes Sanchi success in the upcoming elections. However, Sanchi soon lets her mother know that she was not going to the university, but to the police station instead.
Even before Sanchi could explain anything to Veena, a knock on their front door distracts them – it was the police force.
‘Where is your husband…where is Indu Singh?’
‘He is not my husband… and he is supposed to be in jail right…’
‘No he is not… he drugged us and then escaped last night…as you are his wife, we thought you might know something about his whereabouts…’
Displeased by the latest piece of information, Sanchi muses under her breath anxiously ‘Indu should not have done this…he is innocent.. why did he run from jail.. now he’d be branded a culprit for this act…’
‘Oh you seem to be very worried for his safety…’ The inspector shakes her from her reverie ‘If you meet him, let him know that he has to surrender immediately…if he is trapped this time, he’ll be locked in forever… as it is, he has been accused of wrongdoing in Swetha Jha’s case and now he has cheated the police too…’
Veena lets the police know that they knew nothing of Indu’s whereabouts and that they’d inform them if they learnt of something.
Roop, who was on her way out had managed to eavesdrop on everything from outside. She mentally pieces the puzzle together- Indu…jail…Swetha. The worried Roop also recollects Shukla’s words from the previous night and begins fretting over the safety of ‘her’ Indu ji
Learning that Indu had yielded to committing yet another felony, Sanchi ponders sadly ‘Why did he do this…this is all my fault…if only I had promised him timely help, he would not have resorted to this step…’
Veena is shocked to hear her daughter’s words and proceeds to curse the rogue, but Sanchi corrects her mother’s wrong perception ‘No ma… I have to search for Indu Singh… he is not the culprit…’
After briefly updating her mother of all that had happened, Sanchi concludes uneasily ‘In order to punish Swetha’s culprits, I need Indu’s help and I have to search for him…’
Not even waiting for a reaction from her mother, Sanchi storms off outside the house to set upon her next mission.
Just as the preoccupied girl takes out her cycle to leave, she is stopped by Roop. The unwanted visitor demands to know the entire truth regarding the Swetha case.
Owing to lack of time, Sanchi refuses to elaborate on everything then and there, but Roop piques her curiosity by revealing that she knew a very important piece of information.
With no other go, Sanchi hastily reveals all the recent incidents pertaining to Swetha’s case. Roop then decides to keep up her end of the bargain too – she informs Sanchi that Shukla was planning an assassination attempt on Swetha’s life in the near future.
Appalled by what Roop had just told her, Sanchi instantly makes a quick call to Mehek and rides away in her cycle, abruptly leaving behind a puzzled Roop.
