Pratigya 21st June 2012 Written Update

Police Station : Prats going out of Police station after meeting K… she spots ASY sitting with an old lady and pleading with the police to let the woman meet her son.. tells police that it is injustice to not allow her to meet her son.. Prats interupts the convo and tells Wakil that its strange you are talking about justice… you have no qualms about sending an innocent man to prison.. ASY shoots back saying that no child of SS can be innocent.. they are all criminals and you are supporting them…
P defends K and says he is not like the rest of the Thakurs, K has not committed any crime.. ASY sneers at her words.. P continues and says its bec of ppl like u that good persons become criminals.. says when K comes out of jail he too would have become a criminal and he will not leave you.. ASY says I’m looking forward to it…

TN : Lawyer Kaushal is apologising to the Thakurs that he was unable to get K freed… Prats returns at that moment.. tells him that they will definitely appeal in High Court.. Kaushal agrees.. next P asks wther the survellience of Adr phone will stop after K is sentenced.. she tells the lawyer that it must continue at all cost, since it is the only clue to save K… GD wants to know how much punishment K will get.. Lawyer says since it is murder case, K will get Life imprisonment… all are stunned..

ASY home : ASY sitting on cot and brooding.. suddenly he gets up and removes an old trunk from the top of a shelf… opens it… inside is young SS’s photo (SS looking quite handsome without his white beard) … tells himself that tomm K will be sentenced, he will be happy if K is hanged.. looks at SS’s photo and says that he will see to it that SS’s entire family is ruined..

Court : Next morning, Kml is out on bail.. T tells her its good u got bail, now u can see your husband’s killer being punished …Tam asks ASY how much punishment will K get.. ASY asks Tam why he so eager to see K punished.. T says he is doing it for Adr justice..

K arrives… Thakurs also arrive.. K walks by them without a word.. P looking worried.. Judge starts his sentence.. suddenly GD gets up and makes a spirted defence of K.. says he is innocent and Judge is doing wrong.. Judge orders her out of the court.. he continues and sentences K to Life imprisonment.. all looking grim.. only T is smiling.. K closes his eyes briefly.. P in tears.. K is being led away by police.. KN and P rush upto him and assure him that they will appeal in High court.. K does not answer, walks away.. He stops at ASY table .. face off.. K tells him that soon I will be out of jail and I will not leave whoever it is who has done this to me.. you too will be taught a lesson… ASY smirks at K and says, when you come out of jail you will be too old to do anything.. both glare at each other… police take K away.. P glaring at ASY in anger..

GH : Prof comes to Kml’s room and asks for Adr Insurance papers.. Tam too comes inside and hands them a letter from Chinki’s school, which says that they have to pay school fees immediately.. Prof worried, says he has not yet got his pension and all the money is exhausted in court case (ASY charging huge sum ? ) Kml says not to worry, they will sell her jewellery which is now of no use to her.. she opens her cupboard to find that all her jewellery is gone.. Kml is frantic.. Tam says when all of us were at Court someone must have stolen the jewellery.. Dadi protests and says that she and chinki were at home all the time.. Tam brushes away her words and says u would be busy with your prayers or asleep… all GH ppl perturbed.. Prof wants to give police complaint.. T agrees with him…

GH : Later in the night, Args brings down suitcase and starts sorting out the old clothes to discard.. she yells to Tam asking if he wants to keep any of them.. no answer, she goes out of her room.. chinki comes in playing ball… notices Adr’s phone in the suitcase and turns it on..

Police control room : The police have picked up Adr’s mobile signal..

TN : Lawyer Kaushal calls P and give her the good news that Adr’s phone has been traced… tells her Adr phone has been traced to MMGJ and infact it is at Prof’s house… P stunned…
