Pratigya 20th June 2012 Written Update

Komal Bedroom

Tam enters Komal’s bedroom who hides the gun from Tam but Tam’s eyes are on the jewellery that is in the cupboard..He tells Komal that the lawyer was asking for Adarsh’s birth certificate..Komal tells Tam to leave and that she will bring the certificate to him..Tam leaves not before eying the gold jewellery again..

Later that night, Tam quietly leaves his room and shamelessly enters Komal’s room…Komal and Chinky both are fast asleep…He tiptoes to Komal’s cupboard and tries to open it but it is locked..Tam searches for the key..He spots the key under Komal’s mattress…He deftly picks it up and opens the cupboard and steals the Komal’s jewellery…Tam feels pleased with what he has done…

Court Room

The following day the judge reads out the report of Tam’s blood matching…The report turns out negative and Tam’s blood does not match that of Adarsh’s shirt…K and P look disappointed and Tam feels a sense of relief mixed with accomplishment..We see in the FB that Tam has bribed the Chief Medical Officer of lying on the report by stating that the Tam’s blood does not match that of Adarsh’s shirt..We also see Tam bribing the Doctor with Komal’s jewellery…The doctor changes the report in favour of Tam..

Abhi pounces on the report and tells the court that he always said the blood stain matching was not of great importance (Liar, Liar, pants on Fire) and that it is the defence which is diverting stories and refusing to accept that K is the killer and that K should be punished..He requests the judge to pass the harshest punishment..K lawyer objects to the Abhi argument and points out logically that the blood stains do not match the killer and that the killer is still roaming free..He requests the court to show sense and logic and find K not guilty…

The judges passes its verdict..K is found guilty of Adarsh”s murder..The GH are relieved of the verdict but Takur including P are shocked to hear the guilty verdict..K is stunned to believe the verdict..He continuously looks at Komal only…K is led out of court and P tells him that they will appeal the verdict..

Outside the Court

K is being led to the prison Van..Komal too is approaching him..Both K and Komal come face to face with each other..Komal points a gun at K…Both the Takurs and GH look on in shock apart from Tam who is enjoying the drama unfolding…K tells Komal to shoot and that if she believes that K can kill Adarsh, then for her to shot K and end all this now…K tells Komal that he would never kill her suhaag..Komal remembers K/Komal relationship thru FB…K further tells Komal that he cannot live with Komal’s hatred and him being dead would be a better option..K continues to repeat that he did not kill Adarsh

P too tells Komal to realise that K will never kill Adarsh..She reminds Komal that Komal knows K very well and the depth of love K has for Komal…P tells Komal that K never allowed Komal to get hurt and therefore why he would kill Adarsh and spoil Komal’s life..

Komal refuses to believe K or P..She tells K that she knows K very well and that he only killed Adarsh..Komal further says that she loves K dearly and is unable to pull the trigger..She request K to shot her so that she can be with Adarsh..K is saddened at Komal’s state..K refuses to shoot and is taken away..He repeats to Komal that he did not kill Adarsh…

Komal too is arrested…

Green House

Dadi shocked at Komal..Arushi defends Komal by saying she is in an emotional state and not in her senses..Tam enters with sweets to celebrate the fact that K has been found guilty of murder…Unfortunately, no on is interested in celebrating..Tam tries to force them to celebrate but Prof reminds him that despite the fact that K is guilty of murder, the verdict wont bring back Adarsh..He also tells that both families have been ruined by this verdict too

Allahabad Jail

K tells P that he is not worried about what punishment he will get tomorrow but he cant see his sister thinking of him as a murderer…K tells P to convince Komal that he never killed Adarsh..K is resigned to his fate but P tells K not to lose hope and that they will appeal in the high court..This frustrates K and tells P that he is not interested in the law or the system anymore…He tells P that he will make sure that the real culprit will be found and that he will torture him and remind him that he messed with KST…P tries to calm K down but K tells P that he made a mistake of not remaining a goon…Had he been a goon then the culprit would have thought twice to frame him..K tells P that he will return to his old self once he is freed from prison..P looks on in worry with K words..
