Episode begins with Manvi in thinking mode about her relationship with Virat. She overhears Viren and Jeevika’s phone conversation, where Jeevika is telling Viren how much she misses him since it’s the first time she’s been away from him after their marriage. Viren is glad that Mrs. Vadhera misses him so much hence he’s flirting with her. Fikr Minister wakes up and asks Viren if Dadaji is okay? Since she heard he’s not feeling too good. Viren laughs and says she should come back fast since he cannot live without her. Jeevika says she too cannot wait to get back, it’s just the matter of a few more days. Then she hangs up and notices Manvi looking at her.
She quickly rushes to Manvi and gets her relaxing on the bed since the doctor had advised so. Manvi gets a little nervous and asks Jeevika how she realized that she loved Viren? Jeevika begins explaining Manvi how she fell in love with Viren; there are two types of couples; ones who fall in love before marriage and ones who fall in love after marriage; and they (Virika) are a type of couple who fell in love after marriage. When Viren loved her, comforted her during her bad times, supported her throughout all her phases, was when she realized that Viren was her true life-PARTNER. Manvi’s bulb lights up when hears the word partner. Jeevika further goes on that having a true life partner is very rare, someone who takes care of you more than themselves’, one who always makes you smile, with whom you feel secure. Manvi recalls every incident related to Jeevika’s words with her moments spent with Virat. She smiles.
She keeps on asking her questions about love, Jeevika is a little confused and hence asks Manvi to rest and not talk too much. On the other side, Virat is with his usual punching bag, he is mad to why Manvi isn’t talking to him, nor is replying to his messages. He asks himself why must she be doing so? Perhaps because of what happened at the hospital? Virat is unhappy.
Just then, Viren calls Virat. Virat is glad and says whenever he needs his brother, he’s always there for him. Viren asks Virat if all’s well? Virat agrees, then Viren quickly tells him that he has sent him a mail, and Virat should immediately check it and show it to Manvi too. Virat is unable to answer since apparently Manvi isn’t talking to him, but Viren wants no excuses and asks him to execute the work as soon as possible and hangs up.
Virat is calling Manvi on the phone. But Manvi doesn’t answer. Jeevika hears her phone ringing and asks Manvi why she isn’t answering and who is it that she’s avoiding? Manvi is blank and says it’s some random people asking her to buy stuff and hence she’s not answering. Jeevika nods. Suddenly, Virat calls out to Manvi but Manvi acts like she’s asleep. Jeevika tells Manvi to answer? Now that Virat is calling out to her? Manvi says she cannot go outside because her back is aching. Jeevika jumps and asks if she’s okay? Manvi says she’s fine but she just doesn’t want to go out.
So Jeevika casually gets up and says she’s calling Virat inside. Manvi is unable to stop her. Jeevika tells Virat to come inside, while she goes to look after the food arrangements. Virat asks Manvi why she’s avoiding him? Manvi says she simply doesn’t want to talk. Virat is not ready for any excuses and tells Manvi that he has some important work with her that Viren has sent, so she has no choice but to cooperate. Manvi is mum.
Later at night, Jeevika comes out of the shower and is trying Viren’s phone which is apparently unreachable. Manvi and Virat come right then and say they have to attend Seema’s engagement party for which the duo are invited. Jeevika realizes it’s Dr. Seema who treated Manvi at the hospital. She says she too will accompany them to the party, but Manvi sharply denies. Jeevika questions why she cannot come? Manvi looks at Virat who cannot think of anything either. Jeevika says she understood; only because she is not familiar with Virat’s friends, she won’t be comfortable there hence it’s better she stays home right? VirMan instantly agree and leave while smirking.
Jeevika is alone at home. Someone is shown spying behind everywhere she goes as she’s trying Viren’s phone which is still out of reach. She keeps asking herself why Viren’s phone is not reachable and why he isn’t answering. Suddenly she realizes someone’s around and see’s the front door open. As she goes to close it, someone comes and carries her from behind. The ‘kidnapper’ is wearing a mask and Jeevika is screaming her lungs out asking what he wants from her.
Precap- Doctor is telling Virat that they have treated many cancer patients through operating their backbone, but Manvi’s case is a little different because of her bodily features, hence they cannot get her treated here. Virat is shocked.
