Pratigya 18th June 2012 Written Update

KriYa Room

Samar is sleeping with P as Kesar enters..She asks P whether Samar has slept then she tells P that she may not be educated but she should consider all avenues to get K out of jail even if it means to bribe..P talks about the illegality of it all and tells Kesar that she has full faith in the judicial system and in K that he will be found not guilty tomorrow…Kesar reminds P that there are so many innocent prisoners who are rotting in jail and that justice is blind at times and that she should not dismiss it without thinking about it thoroughly… P in deep thought…

Court Room

The report of the blood sample is read out and it states that the blood stain on Adarsh’s shirt matches that of K’s blood type..K is in total utter disbelief and shouts that, it is not possible as that he never touched Adarsh…K lawyer tries to calm K down..

Jubilant Abhi pounces on the report and tells the court that without a doubt, K is guilty of Killing Adarsh and that the court should pass the sternest punishment…The judge tells the court that he will give the verdict the following day…All leave apart from Abhi, Takurs and K…K tells P to believe him as he did not kill Adarsh or touch him and does not know how the blood sample match..He tells P that he believes that someone is framing him…

KN tells GD that he knew this would happen and that they should have done something to prevent it..Both leave…Abhi approaches P and gloats to P that he has won the case and from what he has heard from the Prof that P stands for right and justice has compromised her principles based on the fact that the murderer her husband…He tells P that he admires those who stand for justice..(Biggest Joke) but P too has turned out like most humans…

Jail Cell

K tells P that he does not know how the report showed the match but he did not touch Adarsh..P tells K to remember anything that by accident when touching the rod, Adarsh’s blood stain came on K…K shows P his hands that he has no bruises and all he knows is that someone framing him of the crime…He feels helpless to prove who that person is…P tells K not to lose hope and that things will get better…

Sajjan Singh Niwas

KN is making arrangement to kidnap Tam…P objects to the idea stating it is wrong and illegal…KN believes that this is the only way to save K from prison..He tells P that accidents do occur of witnesses and that they do disappear suddenly..P still objects to the idea saying that instead of helping K, it will hinder K…KN gets frustrated and tells P that P does not want K to be out of jail and that she is taking revenge over her brother’s death…P is stunned by this accusation and tells KN how he can think of such a thing..KN is adamant that P should be with the Prof and that he will go to any means to get K out of jail…Kesar supports P by telling KN that P would never do anything like that..KN says that in such an atmosphere where emotions are high anything can happen…KN says he wants his brother out and P too would want to take revenge against K…GD just wants K out of jail…

KN calls to cancel the kidnap and tells that if need be to be ready…

Green House

Tam starts to emotionally brainwash Arushi..He excuses P of compromising with her principles..Tam tells Arushi that P tried to bribe him to change his statement against K…He further tells Arushi that KN and P were prepared to give Rs1.5 crores…Tam plays the hero by saying that he refused the money and that truth has no value in front of money…He talks about how Adarsh should have gone to Dubai instead of staying back…Arushi finds it hard to believe that P could change so much..Tam tells Arushi not to tell Prof as he will be heartbroken to hear about P behaviour..Arushi agrees…

KriYa Room

P remembers KN harsh words…Kesar enters and tells her she believes in P and that she will find a solution soon…P is looking at the blood results and sees something that may prove K innocence…She goes to her cupboard and picks another blood report and compares the two..She sees that the both the blood group are different and finally found a way to show K innocence…

Court Room

All are gathered apart from P…Abhi starts his deliberation and tells the judge that based on the evidence, K is guilty and that the court should pass the sternest of punishment…K lawyer is wondering where P is…The judge is about to pass the the guilty verdict when P stops the proceedings..

PRECAP – K lawyer has asked the court to take the blood sample of Tamtam as well as he was the only other person who was with Adarsh that fateful day..Tam is nervous…
