Parichay 13th June 2012 Written Update

Richa is angry with court. Thakral walks in to a room in the court where Kunal is sitting reading something. Thakral says Kunal wont get anything in books as they too dont have evidence for Sidhi and Sidhi will go to jail. He advises to accept the defeat as his queen is surrounded. Kunal says there is difference between chess and life. He says chess is played by humans and life is done by GOD. Kunal says Queen is surrounded by enemies but has not gone far yet and he will let her go. Kunal says Sidhi made him win the case and this time he will make her win the case. Thakral says words cant make them win. Thakral agrees that he agrees no one can go against fate. Thakral says Sidhi wont get death sentence of her pregnancy but her delivery will be in jail and SIdhi and their kid will be jail life long.

Veena is court and everyone are shocked to see her. She says she was worried and asks about the case. Raj says their case is weak. Veena wishes to see Sidhi. Seema and Veena go meet SIdhi and veena consoles her and says Kunal will get her out of the case as she is his responsibility and also their kid.

Sidhi leaves to meet Kunal. Kunal is standing out thinking about Thakral’s words when Raj comes to him. Raj expresses his concern about Sidhi. Raj asks what Kunal is planning to do to save Sidhi. Kapil comes there. Raj diverts and asks Kunal to eat something. Kunal says he will lose his concentration and leaves.

Kunal is out in the court when Sidhi and Kunal come face to face. They dream walking towards each other happily. (BG – O saiyya). They dream running behind each other and having happy moments together. (special SiNal scene for us it seems..dont miss it) SiNal play near fountain. Sidhi runs away from Kunal.

Kunal comes to Sidhi. Kunal says he knows what she is thinking. SIdhi says she too knows what he is thinking but it cant happen. Kunal says he is useless but he want to be useful for his own life and will not let her go far from him. Sidhi says she trusts him but not the fate. She cannot see any hope and they cannot be together. Kunal asks to trust him and they will be together. Kunal says until he is there, he will not let anyone separate them..

Sidhi’s case is announced and SiNal enter the court. Case proceedings are started. Thakral says there is no scope left in the case and has proved everything that Sidhi is culprit. Kunal opposes his state and says the story potrayed is incomplete and imaginary. Thakral says if his evidence are wrong. Kunal says they are real.

Kunal says Thakral showed Sidhi reaching the accident spot in CC video but it was not shown if Sidhi was driving the car. Sidhi is shocked. Kunal says it was not shown from which door Sidhi got down – driver or passage seat.

Kunal says forensic proved the tire marks of Sidhi’s car and the marks on Rohit were same but tyre same marks do not prove it was made by Sidhi’s car.

Sidhi’s motive, Sidhi did say she will kill Rohit just like everyone kill some one or other, it does not mean she kill Sidhi. Kunal says even he warns Thakral so many times but if Thakral dies of heart attack, it does not mean he is culprit.

Thakral interfere and says Kunal is diverting the case. Thakral says if defence thinks truth is hidden then they can bring it forward and he is ready to withdraw his case. Kunal asks to get ready to withdraw the case. Kunal says he is seeing the case with one eye. Judge asks what he wants to prove. Kunal says Sidhi got down the car does not mean no one else was there in the car. Kunal says someone else was driving. Thakral says he is lying. Chopra cant afford car maintainence how can they afford a driver. Kunal says neither driver nor Sidhi were driving the car. Kunal finally declares the one who driving the car that night was himself. All get shocked. Kunal confess that he was driving and SIdhi was just traveling along with him. Kunal says the case should be against him but not against Sidhi. Sidhi says what he is saying. Sidhi tries to come near Kunal. Richa says Kunal is lying and SIdhi killed Rohit. Judge asks her to sit, but she does not. Thakral asks her to sit which she does.

Thakral says Kunal is diverting the case as it has approached its conclusion. Thakral says Kunal was no visible in CC footage. Kunal says he was not visible does not mean he was not there. Kunal says no husband will allow his pregnant wife to drive at night. no one will take such a risk. Sidhi starts crying. Kunal says he was driving n when car struck something, Sidhi got down first which was shown on CC footage. Kunal says he was driving and all the cases against should be ruled out and should be filed against him. Thakral does not agree and says Kunal is just diverting case and trying to save Sidhi. Judge says Kunal confessed he did the accident and if Thakral thinks he is lying, he should prove it. Judge gives next weeks date and concludes the session.

Raj confronts Kunal and asks what he has done and knows its consequences. Kunal says he knows everything. Kunal says he has planned everything.

Precap: Richa get angry at Veena and Raj and says Kunal confession will bring Sidhi back home but will take Kunal away from them like Anand. Veena is scared.
