Sethji is walking with Bhim and Shishupal when the reach the registration office, Bhim after gathering the courage heads inside, Bhim slowly walks to the officer who asks with whom do they need to consult, Bhim showing the paper explains they want to work with them when the person replies the the officers have not yet arrived, Shishupal asks Bhim if the officer will not come, but then they coming from behind explain they have come as only then will they show the worth of everyone.

Bala while massaging the feet of Ramji says he is telling the truth that he indeed cares a lot for him, Ramji says they should even care about the happiness and pain of the person when in reality they should care more for the emotions of the person, Ramji says he is going to see his son and see if his son comes back defeated or as a winner. Ramji wipes off the tears, then slowly kneels to pick the stick which he starts using to walk out of the house while Bala is furious, who says Ramji should keep calling Bhim as his son but in the end only Bala and Karuna would come to his help.

Ramji walking out calls everyone explaining he is going to the office where Bhim went so asks who from them will come with him revealing he wants to see what does his son, Shoba, Deepak, along with Puran and Nandu rush with him, Jaggu comes back informing Meghnat has taken a lot of sweets as he is certain that Bhim Rao will lose so they should go, Phulari and Bala agree to accompany them and they all leave.

The officers come and sit on their positions, Bhim recalls when he saw the officers eating with Meghnat and the officer from the license office, Bhim reveals they tried to take the license of the newspaper but donot have the money and then one person agreed to invest only on the condition that they first get the license, Bhim requests them to give the license when Meghnat comes asking how did they like the food last night, Meghnat reveals that he has come with a special reason, the officer agrees to sign if the other officer signs first so Bhim goes to him but he sends Bhim to the third officer who after looking at it says he will also sign the document if the other officer signs it, everyone is waiting outside when Manohar says they will distribute the sweets when Bhim comes out after being defeated. Ramji coming says it will not happen, saying they all should see. Jija Bai questions what would he do in such a big office which they all have come to see after leaving their work, Ramji is certain that his son would not fail.

Karuna is eating while sitting in the office when she says that no one would be allowed to leave no mater the work they have today and she is going to fire anyone who tries to leave, Rama says she will not go when she knows her husband would surely win so asks Karuna to do her work while let her do the work she is supposed to do.

Bhim then goes to the final officer requesting him to sign it when he says he will sign if the other three sign, Bhim asks what is going on asking if they would sign, they all refuse so Meghnat says this means that he has lost and explains he said in the morning that no matter how hard he tries, he would not be able to win. Meghnat explains he will also come back after distributing the sweets, Bhim requests them to sign the paper as they would get some peace and earn with their sign, when one of the officer says then he should think they donot want him to be successful and the other says they want the three of them to fail and not think about doing anything, Meghnat asks if Bhim heard their word with his own ears, Meghnat says Bhim should accept defeat after which he will distribute the sweets.

Shoba asks Ramji to come inside as they should see what happens when Jaggu informs they will come out after being defeated, Deepak suggests he would check however Ramji stops him revealing that Bhim should be allowed to fight alone as it is worth explaining, Jaggu asks Meghnat to give them the sweets.

Meghnat asks Bhim to accept defeat as then he will give the sweets to everyone, explaining when people desire worth themselves then their condition is like Bhim as they donot get anything. Meghnat says that people from the class of Bhim are only worth eating the sweets while what he desires is worth a lot more then him, the officer says Bhim Rao should go and even orders Shishupal and Sethji to leave. Meghnat explains that the three of them are very stubborn and he should be ousted after being thrown out, the officer orders the workers to throw him out, they start pushing Bhim who requests the worker to leave him but Bhim is being pushed out of the office.

Karuna stands up saying it would be very nice when Bhim Rao would be pushed out of that office, Lakshmi says she should enjoy, but she along with Rama who respect Bhim would suffer as his lost is of their hope, Karuna says she should say it all but Rama would be glad as they both talk emotionally with each other, Rama asks if she can keep it outside or in the godown, Karuna says Rama is changing the conversation but Rama asks her to reply what she is asking, Karuna gets furious so she throws the container on the floor, Rama asks what did she do, Karuna replies just like this when Bhim Rao would be thrown out then his respect would be broken to lead everyone as a leader this is what she wants to show her, Karuna orders Rama to pick it all and place it in the godown, Karuna asks what is Rama looking at and should do what she is ordered, Rama places her hands on the waist seeing which everyone get worried. Karuna says she would not tolerate ill behavior, Rama replies it is belief and if anyone would bring her husband to the door then he will think of a lot of ways, explaining her husband wants to become a lawyer so knows how to change the situation for their betterment,
