Phulari warns Rama to not talk about such things, Rama replies she has not written that when Jaggu brought another woman then someone who had sided with was Shoba, Phulari remembers the time when Jaggu brought another woman back home then Shoa was the one to side with her, Rama says that if the calculate it all then even her eight pennies would not be enough. Jaggu warns Bhim to tell his wife that she should not involve such things, Bhim replies Rama is right because if they would take out their ledger over such small things then those things which are not present here would also be calculated, and this is not only for him or Shoba but everyone else and they have to understand that it is to face the problems of the one in front of them. Phulari asks what does he desire that they should tear the ledger and forget about their money, Bhim replies that she will get back her money but what is the need to irritate her, Phulari refuses saying she needs the money right now but even if she has to go to the police station then would even go there, hearing this everyone is really worried while Karuna and Jija Bai start smiling, Jaggu says this is right as Bhim always talks about the law and so they would take the help of the law. Janardhan says that this is the first time he did not give someone the threat of the law but they instead gave it to him, he is feeling very nice and Manohar also praises him. Shoba says they should get happy as they are habitual are seeing others in pain, Bhim asks Shoba to not be worried as this is not about the money but just to tease her, Shoba says that she will surely return the money of Phulari and so runs upstairs.

Jija Bai asks why does Bhim not give the money, he replies he said it is not of money, so they must find a solution to the problem. Ramji comes and holding the hand of Jija Bai takes her inside while even asking Karuna to come with them, Bala follows them wondering what has his wife done in all the situations, so he follows them.

Bhim is waiting outside, when Rama comes asking what is he thinking about, he replies he is thinking that the legal system cannot solve the problems of their relations, but he is seeing how they would come face to face, Rama replies that Phulari would not understand it.

Jaggu says it is a nice opportunity as they would make sure one of the supporters of Bhim is sent to jail so then he would lose, Shishupal, coming to them both says Bhim Rao will not lose as it is not possible, he says that when he who is from the other class realized it then they should also understand it. Jaggu calls him Shishupal explaining he has become friends of Bhim, Shishupal replies he is the follower. Phulari says she needs the loan that she has given to Shoba, he can give it to her if he has the money otherwise then must leave, Jaggu says that the friend of Shishupal was saying there is no need to give back the loan of his wife, Meghnat standing behind them says Bhim Rao is wrong, they all are shocked, Meghnat stands beside Phulari explaining that if Shoba has taken a loan then must return it otherwise she would go to jail, an even Bhim Rao would have to accompany her, he says he will support them both in this matter and asks them to come to the police station. Shishupal tells Meghnat that the Inspector is his friend so he should get involved but Meghnat warns Shishupal how Bhim Rao would be sent to jail for the eight pennies, he asks Jaggu and Phulari to come, and they all leave. Shishupal says he will take the eight pennies.

Karuna asks Baba why he brought them inside, Bala also asks why is he so furious explaining he would be the first husband who has held the hand of his wife in anger, Jija Bai demands that he should leave her hand, Ramji explains that he would say if she keeps quiet, he takes out the money explaining that if she considers Phulari as her own then should give them and do the same if she thinks Jaggu is actually ill, Jija Bai replies that this money is of her husband so she will keep it, Ramji mentions this is what he was trying to explain that there are very few people in the world who try to find the solution to the problems, he suggests she should try to be with those people and if it happens then she should try to find the solution.

Rama asks what is he thinking now, Bhim says that when the Inspector comes and demand an answer so he feels they all should do it, he asks her to bring the pen and note book which Rama does not understand, he says Shoba is searching for the money but he will give the answer with his own way.

Shoba is sitting taking out the things from the trunk, Deepak says that Bhim is not desire they should give the money however Shoba replies she will give the money in whatever way she can think of, she finds a coin when Puran comes explaining even he has some money. Shoba asks how can she take his money, he replies he is her brother so she can take the money and there should not be any argument. Deepak says that Bhim is asking them to not give the money then why do they not understand, Puran tells Deepak that if his sister desires to return the money then there would not be any question, they will give back whatever they can and instead ask for some time.

Shishupal requests the person if he can get some money but the person replies that when Shishupal has been ousted from their society then how can he get the money. Shishupal explains that he would get the money without even asking and even arrange a big party on his birthday but now are not even listening. Shamla says this is why they say that the person is bigger and so a time will come when everything changes and even he will get the wealth. Meghnat comes asking if Shishupal got the money, he starts laughing saying he knew it that Shishupal could not do anything without the support of his father, he asks Shishupal to also see the drama in the Chawl and he would see how Bhim manages to save his Shoba. Shishupal replies Bhim has the way out of every problem, Phulari replies that she does not need an excuse, and Deepak coming explains that Bhim said they will not give the money, the officer says then this case is very interesting, Meghnat suggests then Bhim should be arrested for being the actual criminal, Meghnat asks Shishupal to also see with his own eyes how his leader is sent to jail, Meghnat leaves with the police force.

Jija Bai while working with Karuna explains that she cannot understand what Bhim is going to do, Karuna replies she wants to go to the factory as the owner is about to come however Jija Bai says she does not know what they are going to do.
Rama asks if they all understood however Shoba refuses saying that she and Puran have arranged three and a half penny and that is a need to make a fuss of the situation. Meghnat agrees with it all, Bhim says they should do as he told them when the officer asks Shoba to return the money, she says she has three and a half penny. Bhim replies he feels they should not give even a single penny and even the officer must not interfere when he says that Bhim is going to decide when they must come or not, Bhim replies he knows this is not about the money but societal trouble, Meghnat angrily says that Phulari should get back her money which they need to take from Shoba, Bhim is adamant.
