Meghnat is with Shishupal and Sethji when they ask Shamla what is it all about, she says she brought him for the purification and she does not want to ruin their sentiment, Meghnat says that he knows she is very clever and then requests them all to help him get rid of this girl, Shamla asks them all to look at Baba as he should come to talk with her in the house, the locals agree with Shamla requesting him to allow the purification to happen, Shamla agrees she would not meet with Bhim Rao, but Shishupal says that she is just acting however the locals say they would come again fi she does anything of the sort, they ask the pandit jee to leave and perform the purification.

Karuna is not able to understand why did Aai said she should warm the milk, Bua comes asking Karuna to quickly bring the tea outside as everyone is waiting, Jija Bai asks Bala to see how the hand of Karuna is hurting but the medicine did not work and he should bring some for her, Bala looks at Karuna and then asks what happened to her hand, asking to take a look at it, Jija Bai signals Karuna to start crying when she starts acting, Karuna says her hand was hurting but she still was preparing tea however they all donot want to listen and she would be scolded for how long she is warming the milk, Jija Bai tells Bala the problem is that everyone would start fighting with them if they go outside as they are not siding with Bhim so whatever they say is always proven wrong. Bala gets furious hearing it while Karuna keeps crying, he angrily gets up when Jija Bai asks where is he going, she says if he took their name then it would cause another drama but he says she should not stop him today and leaves. Karuna wipes of the tears, Jija Bai asks her to come outside as Rama would make the tea while they would see the drama.

Lakshmi asks Bhim to not stay outside in the cold as they donot have the courage to see him and Rama suffer, Bua tells Lakshmi there is no point in talking like this because Bhim might agree to take care of himself but she knows he would hurt himself while trying to help others, while even Rama would also side with him. Ramji says that when Bhim has a glass of milk and Rama drinks tea then everything would be fine, Bala asks why would his wife make tea when they know her hand is hurting, Bua says how would they know of it but Bala says it is not a good habit to lie because she is the one who gave the herbal medicine to Karuna, when Jija Bai and Karuna come out saying that she was making tea. Ramji asks Bala to stop as he always keeps talking at the wrong moment, Bhim mentions what is the reason to argue so Rama would go to make tea, Bala says why did Bhim not ask his wife to go and make it before but they both just do it to be good in the eyes of everyone else, Karuna gets furious when Rama stops her to not always talk wrong as it would only cause problems, Bua angrily orders them to to go inside saying that they should get happy with what they are doing as it would only make them get what they feel like. Rama asks them both to stop and have tea while saying she would even apply medicine on her hand.

Shamla brings tea for Meghnat and Shishupal but Meghnat gets back however Shamla says she has done it after purification, Shishupal also asks him to have it saying tat he feels Shamla has gotten into her senses after coming from the Chawl of Bhim Rao, Shamla replies she has challenged him, Shishupal questions what is she talking about, she replies she told him that her father in law would be able to stay without the warm cloth for one night as it would prove how much he loves his son, Meghnat angrily leaves saying she is just saying one thing while he would not do it, Shamla thinks that she has completed the first step of the war against them and once she is able to win it then would invite both Bhim and Rama for tea.

Rama says that things are getting out of hand, she informs Jija Bai and Karuna are trying to force Bala to be like the same old person he was, Bhim says Bala bhai has already gone through it once before in his life so it is very easy for them to manipulate him into doing it all again. Rama says that it would have caused a lot of trouble, Bhim says that when things are wrong then it causes a lot of problems for them all. Deepak comes calling Bhim who gets worried, he informs about Puran.

Shoba asks Puran how is leaving suddenly when Puran mentions he has been thinking of leaving, Bhim comes to the Chawl saying it is his Chawl, Puran accepts it saying he thinks he must move on. Ramji informs that he has tried to convince him a lot but now Bhim should do it. Rama asks what is the problem when Puran replies how can he have any problem, he first thought of returning to Pune but now will stay in Bombay so he can come to meet Bhim and Rama whenever he feels like. Jaggu says the real problem is that Bhim would not be able to feed him, as who would get healthy with a small portion of food. Puran says Jakhardhan is wrong because where there is love they donot talk of food, Puran turns to leave but then Manohar says that he also left as this happens with anyone whom Bhim tries to support. Shoba runs to Puran requesting him to stop, Puran says he has made his mind but Shoba mentions she is only saying it after looking at the face of Bhim, Puran also gets emotional when Shoba mentions Bhim is very weird because when Bhim first started fighting for Puran he was a stranger but today he is very close to him so he cannot even think about stopping Puran just because of his household matters. Shoba says that Puran would leave but Bhim would only think if Puran is fine wherever he has gone so he should not go from here and live with Bhim as his strength, since he is their leader so he should not be forced to get weak. Manohar says the women who was not able to stop her husband is trying to stop a stranger, Puran turns back to Shoba who is emotional before angrily walking to Jakhardhan whom he slaps, seeing which they all are shocked. Puran questions why can they not understand the feelings of a women, when he has been living here for a few days but understood that she is trying to convince him for the feelings of someone else, he announces he is not going to leave this Chawl but stay here, Bhim gets joyed hearing it along with everyone else including Shoba.
