Scene 1
Dua and Haider are asleep. Gazal comes to their room on a veil. She says Dua you will see a scene that will ruin your life. She locks the door and says I will take my revenge today. You to die today. Qainaat is taken to the hospital. Hafeez tries to calm her down. The doctor checks her. She says don’t worry. The child is coming anytime. They take Qanat to labor room. Dua says to Hafeez don’t worry. He says I am worried for Qainaat. She’s in pain. I wish I could take her pain. Dua says you’re crazy. Haider says he’s scared. I will be worried like him. Who will handle me? They all laugh at them. Haide says don’t laugh at us. Dua says don’t worry. Go stand there you both. Hafeez says no one understands our emotions.

Qainaat tries to deliver her baby. Hafeez says she is in pain. I am going inside. Dua says she’s in pain but she will see her child and all her pain will go away. Qainaat gives birth.
