The episode starts with Randhir telling Yashoda that relatoinships are sensitive and can’t be used a thing. Yashoda says it’s weird to hear this from his mouth, he was making a joke out of relationship a few days ago. She asks him what is Krishna’s mistake if he is illegitimate and what is the difference between legitimate and illegitimate child. Randhir says they pray a stone in temple and wash their feet on a stone at the lake bed, it’s a matter of destiny which makes a difference; Krishna can’t be compared with normal kids. Krishna warns Randhir to stop misbehaving with his mother. Bansal asks him not to interfere when his mother is defending him.
Yashoda says she is trying to accept a stone in a temple and reminds neighbors how Krishna helped them when they were in trouble. She requests them to request Krishna’s past and accept him, asks if anyone can hate him. Randhir says past doesn’t spare future, so they can’t forget it. Yashoda says they can reform it though. She says Suresh told that years ago, a storm destroyed everything in this area and they all built their new world with their hard work; they should build Krishna’s life while his father was a fugitive and ran away abandoning him. Randhir says Ashok was also characterless and betrayed both Krishna’s mother and Yashoda. Yashoda slaps him and warns him to be in his limits, she would be the first one to know if Ashok was characterless, Ashok was in love with Krishna’s mother before he married her and after he married her, he never looked at Krishna’s mother.
She requests society to accept Krishna forgetting his past. Arvind rudely yells at her that her web of words will not change their decision, society will not accept illegitimate Krishna, Yashoda lost her debate and hence should silently leave from there with Krishna. Yashoda tells Krishna that they will go from here as society will not understand them. Suresh asks society if they need a son like Arvind who left his father to die and didn’t pay for his treatment or Krishna who risked his life and saved him. Society stands silently. Suresh tells family let us go from here. Whole society says they need a son like Krishna and accept Krishna from today. They ask Krishna to come forward and keep a lamp at it’s right place. Malti gives lamp to Krishna. Krishna keeps it. Society claps for him while Arvind and his puppets walk away from there frowning.
Next day, Kamini hears a door knock and opens it. She is shocked to see police at the door. Inspector asks if she is Kamini, call her brother. Arvind walks out. Inspector says they should accompany him to police station on his father’s complaint. Arvind asks how can he arrest them just like that. Malti says they can. Arvind walks in and says they are innocent as they were in his office when the incident happened, inspector can check his office’s CCTV footage. Yashoda says Randhir is lying. Randhir says truth is Yashoda had seen them at the incident spot. Yashoda says no. Randhir asks why is she lying then, let them celebrate diwali peacefully and then can vent out her grudge on them later. He asks inspector to enjoy diwali and then return with a proper proof. Inspector says he will go for now, there is a news that even Randhir is involved in this and if he finds evidence, he will also be in trouble. Arvind and Kamini ask Randhir to have tea and take him in. Suresh says they won’t be spared.
Precap: Kamini is busy over phone when a masked man enters her room and locks the door from inside. Kamini asks who is he and asks him to leave or else she will shout and gather her family. He asks her to see her face before that and shows his face to her.
She looks shocked.
