Maitree was evicted from the house in a harsh manner. Harsh informs his family that he has no contact with Maitree. Sona tells Maitree that she will not leave and will remain here. Sona invites Maitree inside by opening the door. Harsh claims that if Maitree enters the house, his dead body will leave Triveni Sadan. When Sona hears this, she tells Harsh that she and Maitree will leave the house. Maitree invites Sona to stay at the house, telling her that if she stays, she would be worry-free, and that Harsh needs her. Sona inquires of Maitree about her. Maitree assures Sona that God is with her and asks her not to worry about her.Nandish appears downstairs and says he will accompany her. Nandish is stopped by Harsh.
Harsh informs Nandish that Maitree must depart. Nandish attempts to visit Maitree, but Harsh refuses to allow him to do so. Harsh approaches Maitree and tells her that the killer should be imprisoned, but he is merely shoving her out of the house and closing the door in her face. Maitree unlocks the door and summons Harsh. Harsh attempts to respond.
Maitree interrupts Harsh and states that it is now her turn to talk. Maitree tells Harsh that he would never comprehend the anguish of a mother who has lost her kid because he never carried the child. Maitree tells Harsh that she realised something today that he had never realised before: what is her anguish. Maitree declares that she is leaving this house and will never return.
Saransh enjoys watching the Tiwari family argue with each other. Saransh makes fun of the Tiwari family. Maitree tells Harsh that coming in front of her after killing her child takes a lot of bravery. Harsh grabs a sickle and declares that he will kill her. Harsh is stopped by the Tiwari family. Maitree takes Harsh’s scythe and pursues Saransh.
Saransh makes fun of Maitree and drives away. Nandini phones Dinesh and informs him that Saransh is alive, and that Dinesh has dispatched a special squad to find him.
Harsh questions Maitree about why she stopped him and argues with her. Maitree tells Harsh that she cannot let him kill anyone. Harsh requests that Maitree leave the residence. Maitree exits the Triveni Sadan, remembering her pleasant times with Harsh. Maitree recalls Saransh kidnapping her child and Harsh ordering her to leave the house.
Maitree is depicted meandering aimlessly on the road. Harsh is obsessed with Maitree and sees her everywhere. Harsh requests that Maitree leave this house forever. Harsh smashes the mirror and begins smashing stuff in his room. Harsh tells himself that he despises Maitree. Harsh is a source of concern for the Tiwari family.
A car passes through Maitree, and a woman with a baby gets out. The woman carrying the infant walks past Maitree. The baby refuses to let go of Maitree’s saree. The woman holding the baby requests that the baby stop crying. Maitree interrupts the woman with the baby and suggests the baby may be crying because he is hungry. The woman with the infant tells Maitree to mind her own business and walks away.
Maitree trips and falls in the street. Maitree questions God about why he did not save her child.
