The Episode starts with Lakshmi sensing Rishi in trouble and asking Ayush to take the car reverse. Ayush says we are going to temple. Lakshmi says she heard Rishi, he is there and asks Ayush to take the car reversed. Ayush turns his car and prays that Bhai shall be fine. Lakshmi also prays for Rishi. Vikrant is also having small injury on his forehead and gets down the tempo, thinking it would be good if Rishi is dead. He throws the gloves on the road and thinks to leave as soon as possible so that nobody doubts him. Ayush and Lakshmi come there in the car and see Rishi’s car upside down. Lakshmi shouts Rishi. They get down from the car. Lakshmi keeps his head on her lap and apologizes to him, says I should have come before. Vikrant is walking and hears Lakshmi shouting Rishi. He falls down on the stone and faints. Lakshmi tells unconscious Rishi that nothing will happen to him. She says we will take him out and sees blood on her hand. Ayush says nothing will happen to you. Lakshmi tries to take him out of the car with Ayush’s help. Some people come there. Ayush asks them to help to take him out. They take Rishi out from the car. Ayush says ambulance is coming. Lakshmi cries for Rishi.
Shalu, Neha and Bani are worried. Bani says Lakshmi’s fear shall not come true. Shalu calls Ayush. Anjana and Saloni tell that they shall leave now. Ayush calls Karishma. She picks the call and asks her to listen to him calmly. Karishma asks if Lakshmi and you have done something. Ayush says you have to take care of everyone there. Karishma asks what you are saying? Karishma says I am behind the ambulance. Ayush asks her to calm down and tells her that Rishi Bhai met with an accident. Karishma is shocked and looks at Neelam. Neelam is with Anjana. Ayush tells her that Lakshmi is with Rishi in the ambulance, and asks her to take care of Nani and Mama. Karishma is shocked and thinks how to tell Bhabhi. Neelam thinks why Karishma is tensed. She comes to her and asks what happened? Karishma asks her to have strength. Neelam asks whose call it was, why you are asking me to have strength. Karishma says Rishi….Neelam asks what happened to Rishi? Karishma says Ayush called and said that Rishi met with an accident. Neelam is shell shocked. Karishma asks her to handle herself. Everyone standing there hears them. Rano says Rishi met with an accident. Neelam is about to faint. Karishma holds her. She tells her that Lakshmi is with him. Neelam and Anjana says Lakshmi. Dadi says nothing will happen to Rishi now, as Lakshmi is with him. Saloni thinks it is good, she shall inform Vikrant. Malishka and Kiran come there. Saloni tells that everyone went to City hospital as Rishi had an accident. Dadi says Lakshmi is with him. Malishka gets angry and goes from there. Two men see unconscious Vikrant and says they shall take him to hospital.
Lakshmi and Ayush take Rishi to the hospital. Jaane nahi denge tujhe plays….Lakshmi leaves his hand as he is taken to the OT. Rishi’s operation starts. Ayush asks lakshmi to come to him. He makes her sit. Lakshmi looks at Rishi’s blood on her hands, and recalls their moments while crying. Ayush asks her to listen and says nothing will happen to him until you are with him.
Vikrant is in the hospital too. Ward boy tells Nurse that someone came and admitted him here. She asks him to bring his phone, and says if someone calls then we can inform. She thinks he seems to be from a decent family, and thinks to inform Police.
Virender comes to the hospital. Ayush tells him that Lakshmi sensed that Rishi is in trouble so they went out to search him, and found him injured on the road. He cries. Virender asks him to have strength. He then comes to Lakshmi and says you saved Rishi again, you are an angel for all of us, not just us. He says how do you come to know that the trouble is about to come on Rishi, and says you have a divine power. Lakshmi asks him if Rishi will be fine and hugs him. Virender says you are asking me this, you are with him. He says if you cry then Rishi’s pain will increase and says Doctor will come and tell that Rishi is fine. He says you have saved him.
Nurse comes to Vikrant and sees movement in his hand. He then gains consciousness and finds himself in the hospital. Nurse says you are in hospital and is fine. She asks him to inform his family and goes to talk to Doctor. He recalls hearing Lakshmi and then falling down on the stone. He thinks if Rishi is saved then I can’t marry Lakshmi, and all my plan will get waste.
Neelam comes to the hospital and asks Ayush, how is Rishi? Ayush says treatment is going on. Karishma says how did this happen? Ayush says he was trapped under the car. They all get shocked. Malishka says Rishi must have got many injuries. Neelam cries and gets angry seeing Lakshmi, but stops herself from scolding her. Malishka goes to Lakshmi and says God forbid, if anything happens to my Rishi then I will not leave you. Ayush says we didn’t know that the accident happened there, and we reached there because of Lakshmi Bhabhi else we wouldn’t have known about him. Malishka asks who is she, if she is magician and how she reached there. Dadi asks her to calm down. Malishka thinks to kill Lakshmi if anything happens to Rishi.
