Maitree accepts the call from Harsh. Where is Maitree, asks Harsh. According to Maitree, she just got to the hospital. Harsh claims that Disguised Ashish is rummaging through her room and doubting her. Harsh is tasked with looking after Ashish while Maitree is away. Harsh tells her to take care of herself and claims he would take care of things. He accepts, and Maitree tells him to look after himself.
Maitree seems unsteady. She is forced to sit down, and the receptionist gets the water for her. Maitree looks through the information Nurse gave the front desk clerk and snaps a picture of Tripati’s address. Disguised Ashish feels that he must be aware of what Maitree is doing. Where did he lose, Nandini queries Ashish. According to Ashish, Maitree is lying about the puja ceremony. When Maitree arrives at Tripati’s home, she discovers that Tiwari is not present. The call from Ashish reaches Maitree. Ashish is informed by Nandini that Maitree won’t be taking any calls because she needs to finish the Jaap. Harsh observes Ashish become irate.
The delivery person arrives to give Tripathi a package. The package is picked up by Tripathi’s wife. Maitree walks inside and inquires as to what they are concealing. Tripati is counting money when she walks into his room. Once he has seen Maitree, he summons Harsh. Ashish drops his phone because to harshness. The screen of Ashish’s phone is damaged. Tripati pushes Maitree as he makes an attempt to leave. Dinesh brings his team over and captures Tripati there.
After cutting the cake, the guests adjourn from Tiwari’s home. When Nandini arrives, she informs everyone that Maitree isn’t home and that she recorded their conversation on tape. Sona queries where Maitree has gone. Coming home, Maitree announces her presence. Nandini inquires as to how and where she got harmed. According to Maitree, she left for their family. Maitree takes the wreath off of Saaransh’s photo. Sona inquires as to the purpose of taking the garland off the photo of the deceased. Maitree queries why a living person would be surrounded by garland. She claims that Ashish, who first came to us as Saransh, is still alive. Sona requests Maitree not to make jokes around them. Maitree claims to have evidence to back them up.
Inviting Dinesh inside, Maitree. Dr. Tripati travels there with Dinesh and his group. Tripati is prompted by Maitree to be honest. Whatever Maitree claims is accurate, and the person who appeared to them as Ashish is Saransh, according to Maitree. Everyone is startled. Sona tells Dinesh that Saransh is the culprit for both of them and that she will approach him and demand answers up until the police arrive with an arrest order and take him into custody. Dinesh departs with Tripati and his side after agreeing.
If he is not her Ashish, Nandino asks Disguised Ashish. Saransh does not speak. Saransh is prompted to be truthful by Maitree. Saransh shuts the entranceway. Saransh queries why she is requesting the truth from him when she has already discovered it. He asks Sona if she forgot him and accepts her blessings. Sona experiences feelings. Saransh embraces her. He claims, “I’m a part of this family,” acknowledges his identity as Saransh Tiwari, and asks why they left him in the hospital without making sure he was still alive. He informs Maitree that although she won the first round, there will be another one. Harsh is informed by Maitree that he will lose since his motivations are flawed.
