The Episode starts with Tanisha saying I m getting Faltu’s operation done. Savita asks why. Tanisha says I will explain this later, we have to reach there first. Janardhan asks Sid to get the car. She says I will also come. They leave. Dadi consoles Savitri. Ayesha asks why did Tanisha hide this from us. Sumitra says she was helpless to say this to you. Dadi asks did you know this or not. Sumitra says Sid had told me. Faltu thinks of Ayaan. She gets conscious. Nurse runs to call the doctor. Tanisha asks where is Ayaan. Govind says Ayaan is critical. Janardhan asks how did this happen. Harsh says don’t know, he was driving, his car collided with a tree, doctor said he had a head injury. Janardhan worries. Tanisha asks will he get fine. Janardhan says this happened because of you. Sid asks what’s her mistake in this. She cries. Harsh says surgery will complete in few hours, things are critical. Sid consoles Tanisha.

Janardhan says Faltu left from our lives, why did you act great and bring her back in our lives, Ayaan would have not come here, I will never forgive you for this. Harsh asks him to calm down. Janardhan asks what was the need to give money and hide this from us. Govind says we should focus on Ayaan’s health. Sid asks Tanisha to come. Doctor checks Faltu and puts her to sleep. He asks nurse to make sure, Faltu doesn’t open her eyes.

Sid asks Tanisha not to worry and stay strong for Ayaan’s sake, Janardhan said that in anger. He says I will go and see Faltu. Doctor says patient’s bp is falling, I gave her an injection, she will be stable, you can go home now. Pratap says we will go home, Jamuna would be waiting for Faltu’s news. Charan says no, I promised Faltu, I won’t leave her alone. Pratap says we didn’t know hospital rules, doctor asked us to go. Charan prays for Faltu. Sid comes there and sees Faltu. Savita worries and cries. Dadi consoles her. Kinshuk says operation is still going on. Savita says don’t know whose bad sight had caught Ayaan, how will I live if anything happens to him. She prays for him. Dadi hugs her and asks her to think good, nothing bad will happen, Janardhan will tell us that Ayaan is fine. Kinshuk says Ayaan’s car had hit the tree, he got a head injury. Sumitra asks how, he is a safe driver, how did this happen, he went to meet Faltu, Faltu would have told something that Ayaan got disturbed. Savita says Faltu is the root of all the problems, I will never forgive her. Faltu gets conscious. She asks nurse about her dad and Pratap. Nurse says they will come, take rest. Faltu hears about Ayaan’s critical case. She worries. Nurses go out. Faltu gets up to go out. Ayaan’s surgery goes on. Sid says Faltu isn’t conscious yet, we will know if her operation is successful when she gets conscious. Doctor comes and says Ayaan’s next 48 hours are crucial, operation is done. Janardhan worries. Kanika comes and consoles Tanisha. Tanisha says sorry, I should have told you about Faltu’s operation, this would have not happened with Ayaan. Janardhan says yes, but you should have not funded the operation, Ayaan has made Faltu out of his life, Ayaan is in this condition because of you. Sid says its not like that, matter is something else. Tanisha stops him.
