Yuvan on screen says today is special and he wants to make it more special by revealing something to his special person. Myra tells Banni that she told her that Yuvan is planning a surprise for her. Yuvan says that special person is one among them and recites a poem describing how special he feels with Banni. Banni gets emotional hearing that. Yuvan gets into another avatar with a rustic tapori look holding a cigarette. He notices Bunty walking in wearing his gifted locket. Bunty says smoking cigarette is injurious for health and asks him not to pollute his lungs with cigarette smoke. Yuvan continues to praise Banni on screen and says they have a special relationship, describes how they met with great difficulty and fate united them, etc.
Yuvan #2 tells Bunty that he knows her and they are specially related. He pins Bunty to a wall and says there were many factors which would have separated them, even then they met. He asks if she identified him, never mind he identified her. He chants their childhood snippet and says now he will speak what is in his heart. Guests discuss that Yuvan #1 many propose Banni. Bunty gets angry and warns Yuvan #2 that his flirting will not impress her and he should stay away from her. Dr. Sanjay hears their conversation. Bunty says she doesn’t know him. Dr Sanjay realizes Yuvan got a split personality after surgery and thinks of informing Banni about it. Yuvan #2 gets injured. Bunty gets concerned. Yuvan #2 picks goon’s bike and insists to drop Bunty. Bunty agrees and leaves with him.
Banni thinks Yuvan must have gone out to buy flowers for him. Viraj walks to her. Banni asks if he saw Yuvan and walks out in search of him. They question a passerby who says they saw Yuvan going with a girl wearing a green jacket. Banni tells Viraj that she is confused and wants to go home. Viraj says he will arrange a car for her and walks aside. Dr. Sanjay calls Banni and asks her to visit his hospital immediately as he wants to talk about Yuvan. Bunty takes Yuvan #2 to her hospital room and nurses his injury while he stares at her, pulls her closer and asks how did she become a doctor. She asks what does he mean by that, she is an orphan but.. He shuts her mouth and asks her to never say that she is an orphan as hew ill be with her always and gets romantic.
Bunty writes him a prescription and charges 250 rs. He says he doesn’t have money and offers her ring. She says its okay, he can go. He forcefully fixes ring in her finger. Banni reaches hospital and passes by Bunty’s room. Bunty develops feeling for Yuvan #2 and smiles. Dr. Sanjay notices Yuvan leaving Bunty’s room. Banni notices a man having split personality. She meets Dr. Sanjay who takes her a projector room and says ther is a big problem with Yuvan, he developed split personality after surgery.
