Banni confronts Manini for provoking Yuvan to write a suicide note and then hiding him. Manini refuses allegation. Hemant tries to stop Banni and asks if she has any proof that Manini harmed her son. Banni says court needs evidence and not a heart. She trashes Manini with a belt and asks her to reveal where is she hiding Yuvan. Hemant tries to stop her again. She pushes him away and drags Manini out. Hemant tries to run behind them, but Devraj stops him and says he is blindfolded in Manini’s love and didn’t realize that Manini was giving wrong medications to Yuvan and harming him. Banni continues to trash Manini with a belt. Manini holds a belt and accepts that she provoked Yuvan to write a suicide note and pushed him from a mountain cliff.
Banni rushes to the cliff on her bike and searches for Yuvan. Yuvan hanging from a tree calls her. She ties a rope to herself and rescues Yuvan up. She then slaps him and asks how dare he is to think of going away from her. Yuvan says Banni deserves a man like Agastya and not a kid like him who needs her constant guidance and care. Banni describes how much she loves him and asks her to listen to her heartbeat and sense his name in it. Yuvan does and apologizes her. They both continue to express their love for each other and head towards home.
Back home, Banni reveals Manini’s truth to Hemant. Hemant confronts Manini and asks why did she try to kill Yuvan. He says Devraj and his sister warned him against Manini always, but he blindly trusted Manini; he transferred his property in her name, but she tried to kill her son. He gets Manini arrested for trying to kill Yuvan. Manini agrees that she wanted to take revenge from Devraj for wrongly getting her father Vikram Bindal arrested in a false forgery case. Devraj says her father had really done a fraud and hence was sent to jail. Manini refuses to believe him and reveals that she didn’t change Yuvan’s medicines and someone is still present in Devraj’s family who wants to harm Yuvan.
Devraj says she is lying and asks ladies to prepare to break their karva chauth fast. In the evening Banni breaks fast via Yuvan and reveals that he can get well after surgery. Yuvan feels happy hearing that. Banni cries hugging him and fears Yuvan may forget her after surgery, but thinks she loves Yuvan and wants to stay with him forever.
Precap: Banni enters Yubvan’s room post his surgery nervously thinking if Yuvan remembers her. She finds him missing and thinks he went to the same temple they first time. A girl is seen around Yuvan in the temple. Banni rushes to Yuvan and hopes he identifies her, but Yuvan doesn’t identify her. A girl is seen smiling Yuvan.
