The episode begins with the actor regretting his mistake to go abroad. They enacted their desperation to go back, but didn’t have enough money to afford it. The woman pleaded in front of his husband to take her back, she would do anything in any circumstance only in Bombay. They don’t give them food more money here. She cried her heart out. The Joshi and Varchand questioned them two for not working. They responded, they didn’t want to work. In return the Joshi and Varchand beat them. They both breathe out their soul wishing not to have taken this job. Everyone in the audience was shock and heartbroken. With that the show ended. Everyone clapped. The actors told that they worked there for 13 years. The woman told that she waited 13 years for him, though he requested his boss to send him back but he refused. The man told he never had enough money to come back, he found job with another house who luckily sent him back. The actors have tastes the water abroad, they requested everyone not to make the same mistake they did. Bhim Rao brought them here so they could tell the truth. Bhim Rao was grateful to them. He asked everyone to decide what they want. Ramji thanked everyone who came here to watch the show. Joshi stood up clapping for Ramji’s honesty. He told everyone that this was just an act, not reality. If Bhim Rao can bring few people who weren’t lucky he can bring 20 people whose lives changed by becoming contract labors. Rama challenged him. Varchand backed Joshi, said that they can bring 20 people. Ramji, Meera, Lawyer and Guruji asked Joshi and Varchand to bring those 20 people. Bhim Rao asked them to leave in order to bring those 20 people. The lawyer, Guruji and the actors left. Everyone in chawl sat in utter silence. Bala questioned everyone for being disheartened. Bhim Rao asked Bala to let them be. Let them ponder on what they saw. Bala questioned, his wife stopped him. She was ready to go with him but asked him to let other decide for themselves.
At night, Hitesh and others gathered. Hitesh told everyone that Bhim Rao got what he wanted, for everyone to be disheartened. Bala agreed, he told that Bhim Rao never cared about anyone’s criticism about his education. They must do the same with this act. Lakshmi asked everyone to forget what they saw, it would make them weak. What they must do is to prepare themselves to go abroad.
Rama wondered if the show left any imprint on their decision. Bhim Rao didn’t know either, but it was the best he could do.
Jijabai asked what good was the entire show when nobody changed their decision. If Lakshmi couldn’t understand that why would anyone else. Meera told that at least no one was shouting to go. Jijabai told that everyone had their bags packed, they will leave after the court’s decision. Ramji added that it wasn’t that easy. She asked Ramji to keeps his ideas to himself. Ramji said that silence allows one to think, at the moment everyone was silent. Jijabai taunted Ramji for not losing hope in Bhim Rao. Ramji asked Jijabai to keep silent, some got ideas might occur to him as well. Jijabai replied that her decision are always the best ones. Meera and Ramji laughed.
Bhim Rao was worried, wondered if everyone actually left. Rama said that then they will always remembers that Bhim Rao tried to stop them.
Next morning, Joshi came to Varchand. He was happy for the wonderful today. He questioned Varchand for being silent. Varchand told that by next sunrise the chawl members would be in middle of the sea. He could never be more delighted than see Bhim Rao at the losing end. Joshi praised Varchand. He told that right now they must head towards the court, once the court rules in their favor he would drag Bala, his wife, Lakshmi and everyone towards the ship.
Bhim Rao asked lawyer to do his best, he did everything he could. Guruji came, told Bhim Rao that his victory was absolute as Ghokale himself was headed towards the court to fight the British Government. Bhim Rao asked for the directions, he has never seen Ghokale before. He didn’t want to miss the chance.
Bhim Rao ran across few people, who were amazed to see Bhim Rao in hurry. A man came informing them he was going to see Gopal Krishna Ghokale. The men recalled Bhim Rao’s fight against contract labors. The men never thought that Ghokale would have helped. A man questioned, there was no other person than Ghokale and Gandhi who can come in front of the British Government. The men were sure that he would help them get independence. They all hailed Ghokale.
